TECHNICAL DETAILS:
1. All technical terms and condition shall be governed by the

Document for Design, Engineering,
Manufacture and supply of
Air Fin
Cooler bundle 04-EA-05 of Carbon steel material for Hydrocracker Unit of
Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (Doc. No.: MM/Tech./AFC Proc/2015 rev 00)
enclosed with the enquiry. Bidder to enclose this document
along with
their offer duly stamped and signed, otherwise the bid is liable for
rejection.
2. Tube bundle retrofit certificate in existing location to be

3. Travel expenses (To & fro) of deputed vendor personnel to

4. Supervision man days quantity shall be provided at actual on the basis

of NRL certified timesheet submitted by vendor. Cost of supervision for
01 (one) person for 12 man-days each shall be considered for the
evaluation.
5. Pre dispatch inspection shall be carried out by NRL at vendor site.
Vendor shall intimate NRL 15 Days in advance for pre-dispatch inspection.
6. Any other terms and condition not covered above and in the Technical
Document (Doc. No.: MM/Tech./AFC Proc/2015 rev 00) shall be governed by
NRL GPC.
DELIVERY PERIOD:
The maximum allowable Delivery Period for the complete consignment
shall 06 months to be counted from the date of PO/LOI up to receipt of
materials at NRL site, Numaligarh, Assam. NRL reserves the right to out
rightly rejects any bid where delivery period is quoted in excess of the
above mentioned maximum allowable Delivery Period without further
communication to the bidder.
