I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the wrong furniture I received.

Last week, I went shopping on Ebay website and received confirmation about my
order successfully on 1st June 2016. I ordered a desk, which was 150cm x 120cm x
90cm high with three drawers and in good condition. There was one photo on the
website which seemed to illustrate for this description.
However, when it was delivered, I was so disappointed due to the actual desk. The
desk was much smaller, which is damaged and dirty. Moreover, there was a drawer
missing. What I received is so different from your description as well as the
illustrating picture.
I have tried to contact the hotline and the seller, but there are not any answer.
I would like to hear your explanation for the above problems. I would therefore like a
full refund as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
