THREE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP3, 000.00) REQUIRED NET TAKE HOME
PAY
WHEREAS,
it was agreed and approved by the Board of Director in Quarterly
meeting held at A.
Santos Paradise Resort on June 11 & 12 2015, that
Government/Private employees with
MOA are required to have their
net Take Home pay of Three Thousand Pesos
(Php3,000.00) to
avail a loan.
WHEREAS,
If their net take home pay is below Three Thousand Pesos (Php
3,000.00) they must
surrender their ATM with PIN at GTEMPC
(Coop), however, if their monthly amortization
will decrease the
net take home pay to less than three thousand pesos, part of the
amortization will still be deducted and the rest will be withdrawn from the
ATM
surrendered to the Coop.
NOW THEREFORE, as it is hereby resolve by the Chairman and the Board of
Directors of GTEMPC to
approved this Resolution No. 015-06-049.

1. Government Employees with MOA can avail all kinds of loans with
a maximum
loan of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300,000.00) with the
following
requirements:
a. Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
b. Leave Credit
c. Net take home pay of Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000.00)
after deduction of loans.
d. With CBU of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00).
e. Additional monthly contribution of Two Hundred Pesos (Php
200.00) for the CBU.
2.

Government Employees without Moa can avail a maximum loan of

One Hundred
Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 150,000.00) with the following
requirements.
a. ATM should be surrendered to the Treasurer.
b. With CBU of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00).
c. Additional monthly contribution of Two Hundred Pesos (Php
200.00) for the CBU.

3. Private Individuals without MOA can avail first loan of Educational

Loan of Thirty
Thousand Pesos (Php 30,000.00) with the following requirements:
a. With CBU of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00)
b. Additional monthly contribution of Two Hundred Pesos (Php
200.00) for the CBU.

Contractual Employees (new members) without MOA can avail first

loan of
Educational loan of Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30,000.00) with
the following
requirements:
a. With CBU of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00)
b. Additional monthly contribution of Two Hundred Pesos (Php
200.00).

Permanent Private Employees with or without MOA can avail a

maximum loan of
One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000.00) with the following
requirements:
a. With Post Dated Check (PDC).
b. With CBU of

Individuals with sari-sari store or other business in the market

can avail loan of
Fifteen
Thousand Pesos (Php 15,000.00) with the following
requirements:
a. With CBU of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) plus
membership fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00).
b. With daily collection.

NOWTHEREFORE: as it is hereby resolve by the Chairman and the Board of
