Applications :

Used in producing synthetic surfactants.

For synthesis of organic chemicals.
Used as water treatment agent.
As antistatic agent & ore floating agent.
Used in asphalt emulsifiers.
For candles, soaps, food, lubricants etc.
For synthesis of cationic and amphoteric surfactants.

Skin Tolerance : Like other free fatty amines, can cause irritation of the skin and mucous membranes. Gloves and protective goggles must therefore be worn when the product is handled. Areas of skin splashed with
free amine must be rinsed with about 3% acetic acid and then washed with soap and water. Clothing contaminated with amine must be removed.
