Enjoy this week's read and best of luck for what will be the first head-to-head round of the year.

CARL

Hi and welcome to the second H&A edition of the Fantasy Freako's rave for 2013. Regardless of how
you have fared after two rounds, this is the week to offload the underperformers and snap up those
boom cash cows you've missed out on. If you have started poorly then don't be afraid to mix it up and
use your allocated two trades. By taking the odd risk you can get your season back on track if your
move(s) pay off.

MID-PRICE FLOPS

GWS

Below is a list of mid-price underperformers after the opening two rounds. Look at trading these players out,
preferably for cash cows that will rise in value. If you are in a position to upgrade, then that is also an option worth
considering.

GCS

Kane Lucas is another player that has failed to live up to his pre-season hype, posting scores of 47 and 76 points in
his first two matches - averaging a career-low kick-to-handball ratio of 0.7:1. With Heath Scotland returning from a
club imposed suspension this week, he could be the one to make way. Fellow midfielder Koby Stevens has posted two
sub-affected scores of 56 and 41 points and will enjoy a price increase this week, but in saying that there are plenty
of other midfielders to choose from, as we highlight in the following section.

GEEL

Patrick Karnezis, currently owned by 23% of the competition was the most impressive mid-price performer across
the NAB Cup, but after two rounds we now find ourselves in a position where we need to make a call on him. With
a reachable breakeven of 64 points this week, the fact that he was given the green vest against Adelaide has to put
doubts in our mind about his job security.

FREM

The consensus across the pre-season was that the mid-pricer would come into play this year, but after two rounds
it is quite clear that it won't be the case. Only a select few have proven to be worthy punts, headed by West Coast's
Josh Kennedy - returning scores of 99 and 97 points in his first two matches, booting seven goals straight, of which
all have come from set shots. Brent Moloney was perhaps the most obvious choice, racking up 99 and 96 points in
his first two appearances - ranking second at the Lions for tackles and third in disposals. Matthew Leuenberger is
another player that has featured, but he is only one match into his return from injury, so the jury is still out on
him. Sadly that is where it ends.

SHOW ME THE MONEY!

GEEL

Below is a list of the leading cash cows this season, with only those that have featured in both games included.

FREM

As I mentioned last week I have never been so excited watching Port Adelaide matches. They have provided us with
a plethora of cash cows this season, with Lewis Stevenson, Jasper Pittard, Campbell Heath, Oliver Wines and Jake
Neade all performing admirably. In the case of Neade, he has exceeded all expectations and has even outperformed
Brent Macaffer - a popular sixth starting forward.

ESS

The one player most coaches will have on their radar this week is Collingwood's Sam Dwyer and why not after his 90
point return against Carlton. Nathan Buckley has been glowing in his praise for the former VFL player, but with the
likes of Dale Thomas, Alex Fasolo and Dayne Beams expected to return in the coming weeks, he may have to make
way for one of the returning trio. If he does hold his spot then he becomes a prime vest candidate.

COLL

Jaeger O'Meara has the lowest breakeven of any player in the competition after his outstanding start to the year,
returning scores of 73 and 104 from his two games. He outshone Gary Ablett on the weekend against Sydney,
finishing with 25 disposals, seven tackles and 104 points. Not far behind him is mature-age recruit Brett Goodes
with a breakeven of -102 courtesy of his 91 and 82 point returns. He looks right at home in defence and has even
been given the responsibility of taking the kick-ins, recording 18 so far - the equal second-most of any player in the
league behind Paul Duffield.

CARL

Most coaches have nailed their cash cows this season, but if there is someone that you have missed out on then this
is the week to make amends. Of the 14 I have selected in my side, only Daniel Currie is yet to feature. The one player
everyone will be looking to offload this week is Kane Mitchell. He has started with the green vest in both games,
averaging only 25% game time - returning scores of 22 and 24 points. Although his price will rise after this round, it
won't increase as much as teammate Oliver Wines who has a breakeven score of -88.

I would be very weary of bringing Jobe Watson in this week.

Ryan Crowley has played on him in each of the past three games
between the two sides and he'll surely be given the role again on
Friday night.

Matthew Pavlich should be on top of everyone's shopping list. He was always going
to struggle early after an injury-interrupted pre-season, playing closer to goal than
ever before, winning a career-high 55% of his disposals inside the forward 50.
Expect him to venture further up the ground once he improves his fitness level.

Todd Goldstein has spent more time on the ground than any other ruckman in
the league - involved in only one rotation across the first two rounds which was
a two minute stint on the bench. He has attended more ruck contests than any
other player in the league and ranks second overall for hitouts won. A safe bet.

Sadly the name Hamish Hartlett and injury go hand in hand. He

suffered a back complaint late in last week's match against GWS

but Ken Hinkley has assured us that he will be fit for the Showdown.

Fewer than 7,000 coaches have selected Nick Riewoldt this season which
would have to be one of his lowest ownerships for some time, if ever? He has
started strongly and currently ranks third for points scored among forwards.
With a match against the Giants this week, expect his good form to continue.
