RECORD TECHNICAL DRAWING AND PREPARE INVENTORY

Record is a thing constituting a piece of evidence about the past, specially an


account of occurrence kept in writing on some other permanent form.
Inventory is a complete list of items such as property, goods in the stock, or
the contents of the building. It makes a complete list of the things that are in
a place. It is a detailed list of all the things that are in a place.

PROCEDURES IN FILLING UP INVENTORY TEMPLATE


1. Specify the name of the instrument and fill it in the first column of the
table
2. Provide how many item is available and fill it in the second column of
the template.
3. Describe the usage and functions of each item base on its usage and
function and label it in the 3rd column of the table
4. Mark functional if the item is still usable or damage if not usable and
fill in the 4th column of the table

PROPER STORAGE OF INSTRUMENTS


CONCEPT NOTES
To ensure that instruments remain in good condition and last
for a long time, store them properly. Properly stored instrument
will be easy to find when needed and are less likely to be lost.

Good practice for storing instrument


1. Parts should be properly stored and labelled
2. Instruments should be properly placed on the board, and
labelled. Consider drawing the shapes of the tools on the
board so that they always get put back in the same position.
3. Use bins for storing small parts
4. Consider making an individual (or individuals) responsible for
the good maintenance of instruments

1. Tools and parts are kept in good condition and are easy to
