General elections will be held in Myanmar on 8 November 2015. The Union Solidarity and
Development Party (USDP) is the ruling party, and the National League for Democracy
(NLD) party is the favorite main opposition party led by Nobel Peace Prize-winner Daw
Aung San Suu Kyi.

NLD Party Leaders Birth Chart

On the Election Day, 8 November 2015, DASSK (Daw Aung San Suu Kyi) will be running
Mercury-Rahu-Mars-Mars joint Dasa-Bhukti-Antra-Sookshma period according to her
birth chart.
Both Dasa lord Mercury and Bhukti lord Rahu indicates politically favorable houses 3
(ability), 6 (success in competition), 9 (fortune), 10 (success, reputation) and 11 (gain, fulfillment of desire) by taking into consideration of dasa period lord, it's star and sub. Antra
and Sookshma lord Mars also indicates favorable houses 3,6,9 and 10. In addition Mars is
the only significator of house 7 indicating her popularity and super star power. Thus dasa
period lords indicate her success along with some obstacles and setbacks as indicated by

dasa period lords and luminary Sun and Moon will be transiting in the star and sub of
winning houses. In addition five planets, Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Venus and Rahu will be
transiting in the 11th house of gain and success.
Election Day Chart
The election day chart is the transit chart calculated at the beginning of the day, i.e. Sunrise time (6:05:53 am, hr 6:30 east) of election day (8 November 2015) in the capital Yangon by its geographical coordinates.
In this chart the common practice is to take Lagna for the favorite party, NLD, and 7th
house for the opponent USDP. Five planets Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Rahu and also
Fortuna are all in the 11th house of gain and success for the NLD. Planet of change Uranus (Pisces 23:23:36) is also opposing these four planets Moon, Mars, Venus, Rahu and
also Fortuna. No planet is in the 7th house for the ruling party USPD. Thus the election
day chart is indicating a better chance for NLD to win.
Myanmar Independence Chart
The Vimshottari dasa of 120 years intended for human life is not logical to apply for the
nation charts, and such charts can be longer than a cycle of 120 years, for instance USA.
Election day transit Neptune (Aquarius 12:58:57) is in the 4th house of the opposition party NLD. Transit 4th lord Saturn is in the 12th house of independence chart, i.e. 9th house
from the 4th house of the opposition party NLD. Transit Jupiter is in the 10th house of the
ruling party USDP; Jupiter is lord of 2nd and 5th house of independence chart, i.e. unfavorable 5th and 8th house from the 10th house of the ruling party USDP. So the Myanmar independence chart indicates a better chance for the NLD to win.
Lunar New Year Chart
The lunar or Hindu new year chart 2015 is when Sun and Moon are in exact conjunction
in Pisces 5 28' 34" on 20 March 2015 at 4:06:04 am, hrs 6:30 east, at the location of capital Yangon.
Saturn in the 4th house of the opposition party NLD; Saturn is lord of 6th and 7th house of
lunar new year horoscope, i.e. 3rd and 4th house of opposition party NLD. The 4th lord Mars
is in 8th, lord of lord of 4th and 9th house, i.e. 5th, 1st and 6th house from the 4th house of
the opposition party NLD. No planet is in the 10th house of the ruling party USDP. The 10th
lord Venus is in 9th house, lord of 3rd and 10th house, i.e. 12th, 6th and 1st house from the
10th house of the ruling party USDP. Here also 3rd, 6th and 7th indication for the NLD
shows a better chance to win than 6th indication for the USDP.
NLD or USDP
On the analysis of the above four charts the opposition party NLD has much better chance
to win the Myanmar Election 2015 to form the government alone or with alliances.
Troubles Ahead
However troubles and concerns are astrologically indicated by the following planetary positions:
1) In DASSKs chart, Mars of Viparita Yoga (success after pressures or someone elses
loses) formed by conjunction of 6th lord Mars and 12th lord Venus appears as Antra
and Sookshma dasa period lords and Mars is conjunct with Moon, Venus and Rahu in
11th house of the election day chart;
2) In Myanmar independence chart, transit Saturn is passing on Lagna (public) and aspecting 10th house (ruler) and Mars (army);

3 for opponent. Thus BJP and alinace (NDA) will win this election.
Let me try to predict the total seat to be won by the BJP and alinace (NDA). The total seat in
Bihar Vidhan Sabha is 243. I do not have much success in predicting seat of party in election but this exercise will help me to improve my work in future. Gaining the seats is wealth
for any political party.

Analysis of a horary (n0.9/249) chart

One of my friends Mr. Chandra Sekhar from Vizag telephoned and asked a querry-"will I
be able to purchase a new house / flat ? if so when?". He gave me a horary number --9 at
21h-37m-21s and since I was with my lap top opened with astrology site ,immediately I
erected a chart (horary) which is attached.
Horary no.09/ Date of judgment-- 22-06-2015/ Time of judgment-- 21H-37M-21S at
SECUNDERBAD ( TELANGANA).
MOON speaks of the querents mind-Moon is the lord 4th placed in 5th cusp. Moon is in Venus star and Mars sub. The star

Is Bobby Kris na Brown murdered?

This is the third continuous attempt of deliberation of a single natal chart to prove the efficacy of the KP rules and I wish to draw kind attention of readers to my articles appeared
in KPEZ March 2015 and Aug. 2015 issues, where I have analyzed the fatal accident of
Bobby Kristina and her death respectively. After the death of this native, a rumor has
been come into the public, due to a statement of the elder sister of Kristina's father, Leolah Brown.
Leolah Brown has told INSIDE EDITION (http://news.yahoo.com/leolah-brown-bobbikristina-whitney-132600626.html) that she believes Bobbi Kristina Brown was murdered
and so was her mother, Whitney Houston. Further she said This was no accident, I will
never believe this was an accident I believe that somebody killed my niece, just like they
killed her mother. I don't know who actually murdered Whitney."
The exact reply for the above question of Leolah is there and can be found by only two
ways. The first is, certainly if Kristina was murdered by someone, he, the murder knows
it. Secondly a clever astrologer can reveal the nature of death only applying the KP rules.
Of course, is she murdered?.
As per the natal chart given here Bobby Kristina is destined to a medium longevity and
also accidental death as I have discussed in my previous articles. Since there was not a
reason to check the natal chart for a murder at the time of the previous analysis, now the
door has been opened by herown relatives to conclude the mode of death. My attempt with
this 3rd article on Bobby Kristina is to see the closest reason for her death, by applying
the KP rules.

(Treatments not effective), aspecting 12th (Homicide), is in the star and sub of above said
Jupiter (2-5-3-7,8,11).
Cuspal Significations
Lagna cusp sub lord Moon signifies 5 & 11, favorable houses for longevity along with unfavorable 2 (Maraka), 7 (Maraka & Badhaka), 8 (Danger to life), 6 (Injury). The 8th cuspal sub
lord Kethu+, being in the star and sub Mars for 1, 12 and being the representative of Jupiter for 2, 7, 8 and for Venus (6 - Injury), is a strong significator for 12 (Homicide). In addition Kethu+ is the CSL for 2 (Maraka) and 8 (danger to life).

Assassination
Generally the word "Assassination" is used to express the idea of "Murder" or violent death
or the action of killing someone, where "Kill" stands for dispose or get rid of life. But traditionally, the term "Assassination" means to kill for political or religious motives, as penetrated in the general public even today. According to my personal point of view, we should
not adhere to this standardization of the usage of the term, because the KP rules for any
type of murder or violent death could be satisfactorily applied even in the assassination as
well.
Application of Assassination rules for the death of Bobby Kristina
The latest rule enunciated by Sri Kanak Kumar Bosmia, the editor of this treasured EMagazine KPEZ, is as below.
"If 8 or 12th sub lord signifies 8, 12 then one can be assassinated in the Dasha,
Bhukti and Anthra of the significators of 8th and 12th houses."
As explained above, both 8th and 12th sub lords are signifying 8 & 12 houses in her natal
chart. At the time of the death i.e. 26th July 2015, the native was running Saturn Maha
Dasa (12), Bukthi and Anthar of Jupiter (8) and Mercury (8) Sookshama.
Also on the day of her fatal accident, falling into bath tub, she was under Saturn (12), Rahu
(12 by way of Mars), Moon (8) and Jupiter (8) as DBAS. Thus the above rule can be found
satisfied in both incidents under discussion, evidencing that the death is a murder.
Furthermore, I have found some similar linkages of probability of this type of brutal murders when tabulating the outcome of my research in assassination, done in 2009. Among
them, the following reasons are found important to note.
1. Saturn played a detrimental role in all the natal charts and majority of the incidents have
been occurred when the natives were running Saturn Maha Dasa.
(At the time of the incident of Bobby, she was running her Mahadasa of Saturn+ for 12)
2. Cross linkage of 12th cuspal sub lord with 8th house and 8th cuspal sub lord with 12th
house appeared in almost all charts under study.
( In Booby's chart 12th Cuspal sub lord Sun is in the star and sub of Jupiter, the lord of 8 and
8th cuspal sub lord Kethu is in the star and sub of Mars the lord of 12 and also Kethu is deposited in the same 12th house.)
3. In the above said assassination study, connection of Uranus and Neptune to the 8th
house was exposed in almost all the charts under study.

Both Uranus and Neptune are placed in the 8th house opposing the Ascendant in her natal
chart.
Conclusion
According to the planetary influences as revealed above through the rules of KP, higher marks appeared in the column of "Murder" than the "Accidental Death" in the astrological post mortem score board for the reason of death of Bobby Kristina.

Background: During month of April, May and June, every year several competitive medical
colleges entrance examinations are conducted by various universities in different states.
Despite high academic score in regular school, entrants dont get admission in desired
colleges. Out of great anxiety parents and students ask this question frequently whether
they will get admission desired medical college. Although an astrologer has to check their
success in competitive examination too. Horary charts are preferable then birth chart in
such cases for prediction.
Hints: For prediction of success in competitive examination, we consider that 4th cusp
which should signify 4, 9 and 11 and success can be achieved during DBA of 4, 9, and 11.

Ketu is in sub of Jupiter. Ketu is occupant of 2 and represents Sun and Mercury .Sun occupies 2 and owns 7. No planet is in the star of sun and it is connected to 1,9). 4th cusp is
connected to 1,2,4,5,6,8,11.4th cusp is signifying 4,9 and 11 that means college admission
is sure during DBA of 4,9,11 but with some difficulty being connected to 8.
11th cusp: Sublord of 11th cusp is Jupiter. Detail of which has already been stated.
Conclusion: Sublord of 4th and 11th cusp are in retrograde motion and posted in cancer,
not a fixed sign. That means there will be no admission in desired college.
Predictions came true. Unfortunately I could not find a case for success in admission in desired college. Astrologers, especially beginners like me have to do regular research for verifying the KP rules with practical work.

A Planned Caesarian delivery

Every now and then a particular question comes up that is out of the ordinary, leading one
to ponder over both its unusual significance and the manner in which such a question
may be astrologically analysed.
Procreation is a prime function of life. Life gives rise to life. The species propogates itself.
Child birth is a natural phenomenon and, as Hindu philosophy suggests, the moment of
birth is pre-ordained by the almighty. The Soul takes its human body depending upon its
past karmas, and the moment of birth shows, to the trained eye of an astrologer, the
course of life that this Soul must take in order to fulfill its destiny before the cycle of birth
repeats itself.
Can the moment of birth be pre-selected by the parents of the child? Can we as
human beings select the exact moment for the birth our children, thereby
influencing their destinies into a course that is optimum for their lives? Can human
beings interfere with the cosmic scheme of things that, according to our beliefs,
are unalterable? Can our knowledge of astrology lead us to select the perfect
moment to allow the perfect birth to occur?
Indeed, if we could choose the right moment for all events in our life, would we not be
capable of ensuring that our lives are filled with success and happiness and that we
minimize, if not avoid altogether, problems and sorrows in our lives? Are we, truly,
masters of our own destiny?
As KP astrologers, we have been able to predict in many instances the exact moment of
birth of children. In many instances, maestros of KP Astrology have been able to cast birth
charts (Nativities) based on their predicted times of birth in advance of the actual birth of
the person. Masters of the Padhdhati are able to make such accurate and precise
predictions because the stellar maps bear a clear relationship with the divine plan. KP is
predicated on the fact that whatever is destined will happen with or without our human
intervention in trying to alter it. If that was not the case, there would be no certainty of
events and astrology would be futile.
This article, however, is not about the philosophy of astrology, or of karma or Gods
scheme for life. It is about human intervention versus Gods will showing that the latter
clearly overrides any effort on our part and brings about the event as per divine dictates.
Very recently, I was invited to attend a ceremony to mark the maturing of a ladys
pregnancy. What would have been a normal event roused my curiosity as a KP student. I
was informed by my wife that the lady in question (the sister-in-law of my wifes friend)
had PLANNED TO HAVE HER DELIVERY AT THE HOSPITAL BY CAESARIAN PROCEDURES ON A PARTICULAR DAY.
What makes this case interesting is that the lady is herself a doctor. She has planned the
delivery for a particular day. As of date (16 August 2015) she has about two weeks to go
before that planned delivery. In the normal course, the delivery was due at a later date by
natural means. However, she had had her first child delivered by Caesarian procedures.

As a doctor she had now assessed herself in consultation with her colleague doctors as
likely to have the second child also delivered the same way. Together they had determined
that the best course of action was to deliver the child by a caesarian procedure. For this
purpose, the lady had selected the date for the procedure which fell short of the actual date
of delivery by almost a week.
My wife and I were unable to ask for more information and hence we did not know the time
for which the caesarian birth was planned.
What do the stars foretell? Was this planned delivery a challenge to natures own
determination of the right time for the childs birth? If it was indeed such a
challenge, could astrology pin-point the birth and the time of the birth of the child?
With this burning curiosity in my mind, I sat down to consider a prashna chart. The
number 216/249 was taken as generated randomly by the software. The Horary Chart was
rotated to 9th for a little known person to me. The rotated chart is attached below for
your reference.
This is the lady's second child. Hence, it was important to consider the 7th bhava (as it is
the 3rd from the 5th). Therefore, child birth will be shown by the 7th CSL signifying or
linking with 2nd and 11th bhavas (2,7,11) and birth would occur in these DBAS.
The Ascendant:
The Ascendant of the rotated chart falls in Libra which is a movable Sign. The CSL of the
Lagna is Rahu.
Rahu is in the Star of Sun and Sub of Venus.
Rahu is placed in 12th. It is strong with no planets in its stars. It is the Sub lord for bhavas
1,7 and 10. Rahu represents Mercury (being in Virgo). Mercury is in 11 and rules 9 and 12.
Rahu is in the Star of Sun who is in 10 and rules 11.
Rahu is in the Sub of Venus in 10 and rules 1-8.
See how her self-action is reflected in the Ascendant. Rahu being a very strong significator
of the Lagna (as there are no planets in its Stars) is placed in the 12th. Apart from being the
bhava that signifies hospitalization and confinement, 12th is a bhava of mystery. It
reflects the unusual. Clearly, the self (lagna) connects with the unusual pre-selection of
the date of delivery by the method (caesarian).
The ASL signifies 10 and 11 and is connected with 7 (second child), 8 (danger and surgery),
12 (hospitalisation). Apart from these significations of the ASL, it must be noted that
7th also shows the doctors attending on her. The 10th is her own profession. The lady
is a doctor by profession. 12th is where she works i.e. the hospital.
NOTE: The co-rulers of the 10th bhava are Moon (Sign lord), Saturn (Star lord) and Rahu
(Sub Lord) with Rahu representing Mercury.
Moon is in Sun Sign and Venus Star;
Saturn is in Mars Sign and Saturn Star; and
Rahu is in Mercury Sign and Sun Star.
Mercury is in Sun Sign and Venus Star.
Thus all the co-rulers of the 10th are connected with Sun (the Dhanvantri or doctor of the
cosmos), linked with Mercury showing her intelligence; and Venus features in the majority
of the cases that give her the finesse in her profession. It must further be noted that Venus
represents Kama and hence the field of medicine that she must be practicing would be

maternity or related to sexual diseases (apart from other possible areas including kidneys,
urino-genital system, etc).
Thus, my query about this lady is well contained in the rotated chart.
MOON:
Now let us look at the pointers that Moon provides towards the issues that are involved in
this query.
The Moon is Mathi the mind and, in this case, it reflects my own mind and curiosity. If I
take the rotated chart, the moon should indicate my own focus on this matter, as an
astrologer and because no one else has asked this question of me.
Moon is strong (no planets in its stars) and is in the 11th and rules 10. It is not a Sub lord
for any houses. Moon is in the Star of Venus who is in 10 and rules 1-8. Thus, Moon shows
my curiosity about the strange event (12th) i.e. planned delivery of a child by caesarian
intervention (8th bhava) and the dangers linked with it. The 10th shows my apprehension
about the success of the event as it is the 12th from the 11th. The 9th brings out the
philosophical issues I have raised regarding human intervention in child birth. The 9 th
stands for poorvapunya and reflects the past karmic origins of the bhagyam of the present
life. I was now sure that this chart reflects my innermost reflections.
For the birth of the second child, the 7th bhava must be connected with 2nd or 11th.
The 7th CSL is Rahu.
Rahu is in the Star of Sun and Sub of Venus.
Rahu is placed in 12th. It is strong with no planets in its stars. It is the Sub lord for bhavas
1,7 and 10. Rahu represents Mercury (being in Virgo). Mercury is in 11 and rules 9 and 12.
Rahu is in the Star of Sun who is in 10 and rules 11.
Rahu is in the Sub of Venus in 10 and rules 1-8.
As in the case of the Ascendant, Rahu signifies the 11th (along with surgery and danger - 8;
and 12 - hospitalization). Being a strong significator of the 7th (having no planets in its Stars
and being the Sub Lord of the 7th) and signifying 11th it assures child birth.
The 2nd CSL is Venus.
Venus is in the star of Mercury and sub of Saturn
Venus is in 10 and rules 1-8.
Star Lord Mercury is in 11 and rules 9-12.
Sub Lord Saturn is in 1 and rules 4-5.
Thus the 2nd SL signifies 11,9, 12 and is connected with 1,4,5,8 and 10.
Through its signification of the 11th, the 2nd house promises increase in the lady's family. I
am intrigued with the connections it has formed with 4th. If 7th is taken as the attending
doctors/surgeons, their profession is indicated by the 4th (being the 10th from the 7th).
Thus assistance of doctors or surgeons in child birth is reflected.
The 11th CSL is Mercury.
Mercury is in the star of Venus and Sub of Rahu.
Mercury is in 11 and rules 9-12.
Star Lord Venus is in 10 and rules 1-8.
Sub Lord Rahu is in 12th. It is strong with no planets in its stars. It is the Sub lord for

Thus 11th SL signifies 10,1-8 and is connected with 1,7,9,10 and 12. If 11th stands for success in all matters, then these links show that:

Please note how Mars is the single powerful significator of the 2 nd and 7th bhavas.
Mars connected would indicate surgical intervention.
Taking the RPs on 16 August 2015 at 15:20:18 pm (Canberra, Australia), these are:

Through its signification of the 11th, it promises success in the increase in the lady's family.
The 4th being connected as the attending doctors/surgeons, (their profession is indicated
by the 4th being the 10th from the 7th), it clearly shows the assistance of doctors or
surgeons in the birth of this child.
Note: Although Venus is Retrograde at the time of judgment, it is not in the Star of a
Retrograde planet. This does not disqualify Venus from providing results. Also, Venus
becomes Direct in motion only on the 6th of September. However, I do not think this is a
barrier to Venus as it is conjunct with Mars and Sun and has to provide their outcomes as
much as it must of its own significations.
Mars is strong with no planets in its Stars. It is placed in the 9th and rules 2-7. It is not a
Sub Lord for any other bhavas. It is in the Star of Saturn placed in 1st and rules 4-5; Mars
is in the Sub of Sun placed in 10th and rules 11th.

Thus, Mars supports the birth of the child by signifying 1, 4 and 5 and being connected
with 2 and 11.
Sun is placed 10th and rules 11th. It is in the Star of Mercury placed in 11th and rules 9-12.
It is in the Sub of Saturn placed in 1st and rules 4-5.
Thus Sun, too, supports child birth by signifying 11 th and connected with 1st and 11th.
Venus Dasa, therefore, is definitely going to provide the lady a successful child birth.
Bhukti Lord is Moon (both in RPs and significators).
Moon is in the Star of Venus and sub of Moon.
Moon is in 11 and rules 10. It has no planets in its stars but is not a sub lord for any
houses. It, therefore, strongly signifies 11.
Star lord Venus is in 10 and rules 1-8.
Sub lord Saturn is in 1 and rules 4-5.
Bhukti Lord supports the intent of the Dasa Lord towards birth of the child.
Antara Lord is Saturn (in RPs and significator by virtue of aspect on Moon).
Saturn is in 1 and rules 4-5. It is in the star and sub of itself.
As Moon (whom it aspects), it signifies 11 and 10 (Moon is in 11 and rules10).
Thus Antara lord also signifies 11th and shows the doctors intervention through its link
with the 4th.
Sookshma Lord Sun runs from 24th to 29th August. Sun is both RP and significator. The
lady has planned her caesarian delivery for the 28th August. This falls within the sookshma
period of Sun.
Sun is in 10 and rules 11.
It is in the star of Mercury. Mercury is in 11 and rules 9-12.
It is in the sub of Saturn who is in 1 and rules 4-5.
Thus, right up to the Sookshma level there is good indication of child birth (11th shows
success), in the hospital (12th), with the intervention of doctors (4th).
Looking up the transit now: On 28th August 2015 (Friday):
Sun transits Leo Sign, Ketu star, Saturn sub, and Venus sub-sub.
Moon transits Saturn sign, Moon star, Rahu sub, and Mercury sub-sub.
With these favourable transits, the lagna rising at the time of birth should also reflect these
significators and RPs.
Thus, Lagna transits Leo Sign (Sun), Star of Sun, Sub of Moon, Sub-sub of Saturn and
sub-sub-sub of Venus at 07:19:33 am. The Day is Friday (ruled by Venus).
Let us take a look at the possible gender of the child to be born:
7th SL is Rahu (a female planet). Rahu is situated in Virgo (a female sign). It is in the Star of
Sun (a male planet). But Sun is located in Cancer (a female sign).
It seems that majority indications favour the birth of a female child. Let us wait and see.

OUTCOME:
I wrote this analysis on the very day that it was made i.e. the 16th of August 2015.
On Sunday, August 30, 2015 I was informed by the relatives of the lady in question
that a female child was born to her on 28 August 2015 (Friday) at around 7:15 am
by caesarian procedures. The time that the lady had actually chosen for the procedure to be performed on her was a time later in the afternoon.
However, this is where the Divines plans for this child were clearly seen. With
some complications arising the previous night and lasting until the morning, the
doctors had to conduct the operation earlier in the morning.
NOTWITHSTANDING ALL THE PLANNING AND CHOICES MADE BY THE PARENTS AND
ATTENDING DOCTORS, THE DIVINE CHOSE ITS PRE-DESTINED/PRE-ORDAINED TIME
FOR THE CHILD TO BE BORN.
The will of the almighty prevailed and the prediction was fulfilled.

Guatemalan former comedian leads field in presidential election first round
A former television comic is heading for a runoff with either a wealthy businessman or a
former first lady in voting for Guatemalas next president, days after the Central American
countrys leader resigned over a corruption scandal.
Guatemala's president spends night in jail after resignation. With more than 96% of polling
stations reporting, comedian Jimmy Morales, who has never held elective office, was leading
with 24% of the vote.
Businessman and longtime politician Manuel Baldizn and former first lady Sandra Torres
were in a tie, each with about 19.4%. Baldizn led Torres by less than 800 votes among
nearly five million votes cast. The top two finishers in the field of 14 will advance to a runoff
to be held on 25 October.
Analyst Christians Castillo said Moraless surprising performance was a sign of voter
discontent, a vote of punishment against more traditional candidates. Electoral officials
estimated a nearly 80% turnout.
The candidates in Sundays election faced an uncomfortable challenge: trying to win votes in
a nation where the former president Otto Prez Molina remains in court custody awaiting a
decision on whether he will be tried on graft charges.
Most of the candidates were old-guard figures picked to run before energised prosecutors
backed by a mass anti-corruption movement toppled Prez Molinas administration. Many
voters were so sceptical that they campaigned for the election itself to be postponed to give
them a new crop of choices.
Morales boasted of his outsider status and said he is part of the uprising against corruption.
He has promised greater transparency, including media review of government contracts.
Baldizn had led most polls with roughly 30% backing. His running mate is accused by
prosecutors of influence trafficking, but as a candidate enjoys immunity from prosecution.
Baldizn has acknowledged Guatemalans disgust with crime, corruption and impunity. His
campaign website vows a modernisation of the democratic state to reform government and
combat poverty and social inequality.
Torres divorced former president lvaro Colom ahead of the last presidential race to try to
get around rules barring presidential relatives from running, but was still ruled ineligible. A
businesswoman and longtime political party figure, she is proposing a coalition government
to respond to the concerns of outraged citizens.
A key question going into the election was the level of protest vote in the face of the customs
corruption scandal, which also forced Prez Molinas previous vice-president, Roxana
Baldetti, to resign. She, too, is accused in the scheme. But the number of null or blank votes
was minimal.
Guatemalans were also voting for vice-president, members of congress and the Central
American Parliament, and local authorities for municipalities nationwide.

"A Five Year Old Baby Girl is missing from last night while she was sleeping with
the mother" and further stated that the investigations have already been made to find the
Baby Girl.
On the next day, there was an announcement that the Baby girl's death body was found
from nearby paddy field and the postmortem verdict found that the baby was severely
raped and strangled to death by a rope.

In summarizing the outcome of this analysis, the Lagna cusp sub lord Venus, the ruler of
the generative system of tamale, was in association with the Badhaka lord Mars the
destroyer, from the birth to the death and also was the Maha Dasa lord at the end of the life
by rape and rope. Further, all the longevity significators have indicated no support for the
longevity of this baby girl by being the death inflicting significators. If the longevity is no
more and life ending significators come to effect as DBAS lords, the native will have to leave

The BBC recently carried the following headline and report:
Sepp Blatter says he will not stand down as Fifa president because of the criminal
proceedings opened against him by Swiss investigators.
The Swiss, 79, is suspected of signing a contract that was "unfavourable to Fifa" and
making a "disloyal payment" to Uefa president Michel Platini.
Blatter, who had already said he will stand down in February 2016, claimed he "had done
nothing illegal or improper".
Platini, 60, has written a letter to Uefa members denying any wrongdoing.
In a statement released through his lawyers, Blatter said a 1.5m payment made to
Platini, the head of European football's governing body, in 2011 was "valid compensation
and nothing more".
Both men are also facing investigation by Fifa's independent ethics committee over the
payment, which Platini said was for work as Blatter's technical advisor between 1999 and
2002.
Platini, who was interviewed as a witness by officers from the Swiss attorney general's
office, stressed that the payment had been "fully declared" to the authorities.
The Frenchman said he was "aware that these events may harm my image and reputation"
and released a statement for "reasons of transparency".

At the moment Mr. Blatter is under investigation and allegations have been made against
him. If the investigation was to establish the facts, it could well lead to Mr. Blatter being
subjected to criminal prosecution. In any case, it does malign his name and puts him to
disrepute.
For examining the possibilities of criminal action, prosecution and fall from grace, loss of
honour, name and fame, certain rules will have to be examined from a horary perspective:
Rules:

MOON:
Moon is in 2 and rules the 7th. It is in the Star of Jupiter in 8, and it rules 3-12. Moon is in
the Sub of Venus in 7 and it rules 5-10.
Moon signifies and is connected with all the relevant houses. It is connected with 2,3,7,8,
and 12 as well as 10 for profession, name, fame and honour. Thus, the horary chart accurately reflects the question.
Let us now see how these rules apply one-by-one:
1) For inimical action against any person, the 12th must strongly signify itself.
12th CSL is Jupiter in 8 and rules 3-12. Star is Venus in 7 and rules 5-10. Sub is Sun in 8
and rules 8. The 12th strongly signifies 2,3,8 and 12 (there are no planets in the 12th.
Therefore, the owner strongly signifies the house of its ownership). Additionally, at the sub
level, Sun is in the 8th along with Jupiter who rules the 12th.
From this perspective, the 12th house significator strongly signifies the 12 th house and has
led to the inimical action against Mr. Blatter. The investigation is on-going.
2) For authorities to take action against a person, the 10th must signify 7,8 and 12.
10th CSL is Saturn in 10 and rules 1-2. Starlord is Saturn itself. It is in the Sub of Mercury
in 9 and rules 6-9. The 10th does not directly signify 7 or 8 or 12. However, please note that
Saturn is aspected by Mars in 7 having positional status with no planet in its stars as a
grade E significator. Thus, 10th CSL is connected with 7 through Mars.
Action against Mr. Blatter will include legal proceedings as well (apart from just the investigation) due to the involvement of the 7th bhava that stands for legal processes.

In judging the cuspal sub lord (CSL) whether the matter concerned is promised or not, is it
sufficient to consider up to only the star level of the CSL as said by K. Hariharan in his KP
training workshops/seminars? or is it required to considered up to the sub level?
Answer - 1:
Only 3-step consideration of the planet, its star and sub is KP as KP is the sub lord theory
only, nothing else. Without consideration of sub of the CSL, it is not KP at all.
The reasons to consider up to the sub of the CSL are as follows:
1. Judge Each planet. The planet signifies a matter. Whether it votes for the progress and
prosperity or due to the "sub lord" it is not capable doing good, further it does harm to that
bhava signified by the planet, is to be studied."This discovery (of sub) has crowned me with
success." (KP Reader III page 144/ Original 1971 Edition, Theory Part pages 137-138; KP

2. In considering the sub of the CSL, Venus is the sub lord of the 7th house. Venus in 12 in
the star of Jupiter in 2 and "sub" of Saturn in 9. Saturn rules houses 7 and 8. So, according to
Krishnamurti Padhdhati, we should hastily declare that Venus in 12 is bad. Actually, he signifies houses 2, 9, 7, 6, 8 in order of strength. Also Venus owns house 11 and is posited in 12.
Hence even though matters appear unfavourable still Venus brings out success. (KP Reader IV

3. Whether it is a planet or CUSPAL SUB LORD (also a planet) these are controlled by the
relevant sub lord and its signification only. As regards to a planet, the matter is seen through
the star lord of that planet and the SUB LORD of that planet decides the result & how the
matter is altered & enjoyed and suffered by the native.(K.M. Subramaniam: last 60th article
of 'Sublord Speaks' LX in the K.P. & Astrology Year Book 1998 page 69/ reprinted in

6. Otherwise without consideration of the sub of CSL, wrong conclusion of no
marriage would be taken in the following AA- rated married charts (AstroDatabank
4.1, now at www.astro.com) which show that the significance of 2,7 or 11 only at the sub
level of the CSL is the sole event indicator for giving the promise of marriage, without
signification of 2,7 or 11 in the planet and its star level of the CSL because the star is more

The sub lord of 6th and 10th is Mercury. Mercury is in the star of Venus and sub of Rahu. Its
star lord owns 2 and sub lord Rahu occupies 11. So Mercury is the significator of 2 and
connected with 11. Hence service is promised to the querent.

As were aware and shown above, in all Shri Bhatts KP books, 3-step consideration of
planet, its star and sub is consistently applied in judging the signification of a planet
whether it is a DBAS lord or CSL (also a planet) although emphasis is given to the star
lords signification by saying be the significator (in the star of the occupant or owner) of

changes with respect to the given Lagna in the ADB, with correct Sidereal Time.

be lord of 3 , How he can become Lord of 10 . To become lord of 10 , lagna should be
LI & VE will be in Constellation Of MA or RA or JU
