1. Avoid Generalization
It is not good and healthy to a person if we always tell to ourself that we have
a low self esteem. We are degrading ourself if we always keep that in mind.
Some of us is in the middle of high and low self esteem. Stop saying that I
have self esteem because it will not help you to know your own self in that
manner.

2.Divideand Conquer Your Low Self-Esteem


We should be accurate and specific about the aspect in our life that we lack
our self confidence. We should face our fear in order for us to gain our self
esteem. We should conquer our fear and be more accurate in what we want
in our life to be.

3.Notice Your Neagative Thought Patterns- from a Distance


When we're having a low self esteem we should give way to our Observer
Self. In that manner we will think of a way how to lessen the anxiety or the
problem we're having. We should give way to our observer self and think for a
moment.

4.Talk Back to your Negative Thoughts with Assertive Responses


A. Reducing negative Personalization
We should reduce negative thinking. It will not be a big help and will not ive
us a good solution to a problem. For example is when we call or text some
one and he/she is not answering any of the call, we should not think a
negative comment on him/her. We should think that he's/ she's might be busy
on that day or he/she is not around.
B. Reducing fear of Rejection
We should face our fear of rejection. It will not help us to have self esteem if
we think always a rejection in life. For example in applying for a job we should
always comes up for a plan a, b and c.So that if we rejected for the first job
we applied for we are still have other job to apply for.

5.Recognize Where You may be Running Your Old Tape


In having low self Esteem is also be inherited in the past. We should know if
wherewe get our low self esteem. For example if we have low sefl esteem
because we saw our parents have divorce we lack of confidence.If we saw
skinnybeautful body's and saw ourselves not one of them we lack also our
own confidence.

6.Change Negative Social Comparisons to Humanization.


It is not good to compare people to other people because it may affect their
self esteem.
A. Negative social comparison has elements of narcissism
Negative comparison with a person is a sign of being narcissism. It will not
be healthy to boost your self esteem if we practive negative social
comparison of oneself.
B. Its relatively easy to change from idealizing to humanizing
It is more effective to look for a more perspective way to one person rather to
idealized that person. No one is having the same identity each and every one
of us is different.

7. Create Positive Sanctuaries In Your Life


To achieve a high self esteem and to change the low self esteem to be high is
to createa positive sanctuaries in your life. You can achieve it if we have a
positive support to our familyfriends and also in the companyyou are working.
To have a high self esteem we should always have a positive outlook in life.
