Description:
Duringclass,manytypesofsoundandlighttechnologywasintroducedtostudents.The
goalofthispaperistoseehowsoundandlighttechnologyisusedoutsideofthephysics
community.Studentswillresearchcurrenttechnologytofindakindoftechnicalequipmentused
indifferentareassuchasmedical,musical,orathletic.Afteratopicisapprovedbytheteacher,
thestudentwillwritea34pagetypedpaper(Use12pointfont,TimesNewRoman,Arial,
orHelvetica,doublespaced)onthekindoftechnologytheychose.Alistofsourceswillbe
includedwiththepaper,totallingatleast3.

Researchcurrenttechnologythatusesyourchoiceofsections.
Findapieceoftechnologyortechnicalequipmentthatisusedinthefieldofmedicine,
sports,scienceresearch(otherthanphysics),oranyothervenue.
Bringinaparagraph(23sentences)writtenaboutyourtechnologybythefirstunitquiz.
Theteacherwilleitheracceptordecline(withotherideas)yourtopic.Ifitisdeclined,a
newtopicmustbebroughtinbythenextweekforrevision.
