New and Changed Features in My Services


Feature

Description

A new My Services dashboard for


Cloud credit accounts or
entitlements introduced

Users can a view a different dashboard on logging into


My Services with a domain associated with service
entitlements and can customize the display if required.

Monitoring Metrics tile enabled


for service administrators to
monitor real-time usage data

Service administrators can view and monitor servicespecific real-time data usage from the Monitoring

My Oracle Support (MOS) privacy


flag enabled

Service administrators can now set the privacy flag to


keep data and files associated with My Oracle Support
service requests private. See Viewing Service Details in
My Services section in Managing and Monitoring Oracle
Cloud.

Overages enabled for service


entitlements

If users opt for overages during purchase, they can


exceed their resource quotas and create additional
instances. See Creating a Service Instance section in

Feature

Description

My Services dashboard optimized


for mobile viewing

Users can view the My Services dashboard on their


mobile phones with better performance and clarity.
Users also have the option to view the full site version,
if required.

Metric tiles renamed on the details


pages

Metric tiles on detail pages have been renamed as


follows:
Metrics to Business Metrics
Metering to Billing Metrics

Firewall tile is now displayed for


entitlements

Firewall tile is now displayed, if supported, for

Quota Breach Details tile is now


displayed for entitlements that
have resource quota breaches

Information on quota breaches can be viewed from the


Quota Breach Details tile on entitlement detail pages.

Filtering by entitlements is possible


from My Account and My Services
dashboards

Show filter supports filtering by entitlements. See

Notifications can now be filtered


by specific communication
categories

Service administrators can filter notifications based on


communication categories. See Monitoring Notifications
section in Managing and Monitoring Oracle Cloud.

Other Noteworthy Changes

Signing in to Oracle Cloud with


identity domain administrator
credentials now enabled

After Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, the domain


administrator can now enable sign in to Oracle Cloud
services with the Identity Domain credentials in
addition to the Identity Provider credentials. See
Enabling Sign In With Identity Domain Credentials in
Administering Oracle Cloud Identity Management.

Feature

Description

Option to receive notifications via


Email and SMS

Service administrators can now choose Email and SMS


to receive both general and category notifications. See
Setting Notification Preferences section in Managing and
Monitoring Oracle Cloud.

Changes to limits while creating


rules for entitlements

During alert rule creation, service administrators can


now set hard or soft limits based on the percentage of
purchased amount. See Configuring Alert Rules for
Entitlements and Configuring Alert Rules for Metered
Service Entitlements sections in Managing and
Monitoring Oracle Cloud.

Instance metrics display on


Dashboard

Service administrators can select metrics for instances


(for service entitlements) to display as bar graphs on the
My Services Dashboard. See Exploring the My Services
Dashboard section in Managing and Monitoring Oracle
Cloud.

Option to select specific service


instances while adding or
modifying notification contacts

Notification contacts can now be specified for specific


service instances. See Adding Contacts section in
Managing and Monitoring Oracle Cloud.

Changes to the display of service consoles on My Home
