Head of Delegation
Mr. Wan Sucheng
Deputy Secretary-General
All-China Youth Federation
Mr. Wan has been the deputy secretary general of the All-China Youth Federation
(ACYF) since 2013. He joined ACYF immediately after graduation from college and
began his career as a staff in the media division in the public relations department. He
spent eight years as division chief and deputy director-general of the public relations
department.
Mr. Wan graduated from China University of Youth Politics in 1994.
Mr. Gao Chundong
Director General
Chinese Academy of Sciences
Mr. Gao is the director general of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and also a
member of the Youth Federation of Central State Organs. Prior to his current role, Mr.
Gao worked at the China Association of Science and Technology and the Secretarys
Bureau of the State Council.
He received his bachelors degree in science from Wuhan University and his masters
degree in economics from China Financial and Economy University.
Mr. Li Hongyang
CEO
Shunya International Brand Consulting Company
Mr. Li is the CEO of the Shunya International Brand Consulting Company. Previously, he
worked for several private companies and was awarded the best professional
manager by China International Public Relations Association in 2013.
Mr. Li graduated from Jiangnan University with his bachelors degree in international
design.

Ms. Liu Kai


Deputy Director, International Department, All-China Youth Federation
Ms. Liu is the deputy director of the international department at the All-China Youth
Federation, where she has been working in various capacities since 2002. She currently
focuses on exchange programs with North America, Latin America and Oceania
countries.
Previously, Ms. Liu worked on youth exchange programs with countries in Africa and
Asia, as well as international organizations in European countries.
Ms. Liu received her bachelors degree in English literature from Beijing Foreign Studies
University and a masters degree in finance from the University of International Business
and Economics.
Ms. Jia Lin
Vice President
Shaanxi Provincial Youth Federation
Ms. Jia is the vice president of Shaanxi Provincial Youth Federation. Prior to this, she was
a teacher at a middle school in Xian City. She was also the secretary of the Communist
Youth League in Lintong District, Xian City, where she became the deputy director of
human resources of the party committee in Lintong, and served on its standing
committee.
Ms. Jia has her bachelors degree in Chinese language from Xian United University and
her masters degree in public administration from Northwest Industrial University
Mr. Ren Yuanzheng
Vice President
Yunnan Provincial Youth Federation
Mr. Ren is the vice president of the Yunnan Provincial Youth Federation. Prior to this, he
was the deputy general manager of the Yunnan Sky Union Agricultural Chain Company
and served as the deputy secretary of the Communist Party Committee of Yunnan
Province Mr. Ren received both his bachelors degree in chemistry and his masters
degree in public administration from Yunnan University.
Ms. Tang Qifang
Associate Research Fellow
Department for International and Strategic Studies, China Institute of International
Studies (CIIS)
Ms. Tang has been an associate research fellow at the CIIS since 2011. Previously, she
was a research fellow at the China National Committee for Pacific Economic
Cooperation (CNCPEC).
Ms. Tang has her doctoral degree in international relations from Peking University.

Mr. Zhou Ji
Program Officer
International Department of Chinese Association of Young Volunteers
Mr. Zhou is the program officer for International Department of Chinese Association of
Young Volunteers which he joined in 2013. Previously, he worked in the information
department of Foreign Ministry and served at the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia as well as
the Chinese Consulate-General in New York.
Mr. Zhou received his bachelors degree in on economics from Shandong Economic
University, and his masters degree in finance from Peking University.
