freight hub service for 10 local stores, which was later imitated and implemented nationally due to its massive success. Achieved least
amount of shrink in CA (2015) at .76% and was awarded for my operational execution.

Effectively shattered sales and profit goals (2015) through training and creating excitementoffering stores daily performance
feedback on KPIs and decreased controllable expensescreating astonishing sales conversions into high-dollar profits.
