Speaking Tests
The speaking tests reflect the format and
character of the FCE examination, and are
designed to activate the language practised in
the preparation section. Only parts 2, 3 & 4
have been incorporated in the Interactive
Whiteboard software.
Once in the MAIN MENU (see Fig 4) click on
Part 2 of any Speaking Test and it will lead you
to the first menu of that part (see Fig 20).
Fig 20
By clicking STUDENT A or STUDENT B it will take you to their respective photographs (see Figs 21 -22). The
last section of Part 2 is the MODEL INTERVIEW (see Fig 23). Again, as in the Listening Tests you are provided
with the audio and the transcript (see Fig 24).

N.B.: Before exporting any notes, you will need to have created a folder in your computer into which
your notes will be exported. In this example, we have named this folder FCE1IWB.

You can rename the file if you wish. However, please DO NOT CHANGE THE FIRST FIVE
CHARACTERS (FCE1_) OR THE EXTENSION, as this will make your notes untraceable by the
application.
You can now store the file(s) you exported on any storage media, or send them by email. When
you want to use these files on another computer, use the IMPORT NOTES function.
