The Company has been engaged in the business as an exclusive indenting agent for a foreign
manufacturer of Scientific instruments for industrial and government Research since 1st November,
2003. Besides, Thane where the headquarters are situated, the company operates from Delhi and
Chennai. At present company deals in the following types of instruments:1.

The company provides pre-sales and post-sales services to Indian users of these products.

KUNASH INSTRUMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED. intend to setup a testing laboratory


wherein testing of particle size and surface area would be taken up on commercial basis.
Both Particle Size and Surface are a one very important properties of raw materials used by
many industries. The processing as well as the quality of the end products depends decisively on the
Particle Size and Surface area of the raw material. Some of the industries, segments which use these
properties for their Quality Control are :

At present while the very big ones get their analysis done at In-house facilities, a very large
number of small & medium size industries depend on either getting their test done on instruments
made available in some government Institutions (Universities or Research labs) or avoiding the test
altogether and thus under selling their products. There is no dedicated Laboratory in the country
which does these analyses on commercial basis professionally.

Our Strengths: 1. In regular course of the business, company keeps in close touch with all the industry
segments listed above and understands their analytical needs thoroughly.
2. The company has the highest expertise available in the country in the field of Particle size
and Surface area analyses. Company has the manpower trained abroad in similar facilities
on the analyses being offered.

THE PROJECTION HAS BEEN WORKED OUT ON THE BASIS OF

Shop will work for 365 days in a year on two shift basis.
Promotion will contribute toward share capital for Rs. 5,00,000/The Term Loan of Rs. 19.50 Lacs will be availed for the total period of 5 years. The first
year of working is taken as of 9 months only. The interest is calculated @ 16% p.a. The
loan will be paid in 60 monthly instalment and the interest on quarterly basis.
The market credit on purchases from Sundry creditor is estimated for fifteen Days and
sales is taken in cash only.
Cash credit facility will be availed from Bank of Rs. 3,00,000/- for working capital
Balance amount will be contributed by promoters as Unsecured loans.
The depreciation has been provided as per the rate prescribed under the Income Tax Act
1961.
The Income Tax has been computed in accordance with the provision of Income Tax Act
1961 taking in to consideration the provision of the latest finance Bill 2001.

CONCLUSION :The project report shows that there is a reasonable margin of profit in this type of business
and the company can repay the Term Loan within the stipulated time. Since there is no of
gestation period the company will start earning as soon as it starts business.
