- Facilitate discussion leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and

p continuously improve lean and agile adoption across TELUS

Network within Agile communities to integrate lessons learned from others in ind

What you ll need to be successful:
Agile Coaching Experience; proven mentor and coaching experience
Successfully led and implemented an Agile/Scrum transformation across an enterpr
ise (i.e. 20+ teams)
The ability to help teams understand the right practices to use at the right tim
e - and help them consistently apply them to reach excellence
Ability to guide Continuous Integration, Continuous Build/Deploy, and Continuous
Testing development methodologies
Familiarity with service-oriented environments, highly interdependent/matrix app
lication ecosystem and continuous integration practices
Knowledge of Lean, Lean Start-up, and Lean UX principles
Demonstrated commitment to personal development
Ability to garner respect from the team and be willing to get their hands dirty
to get the job done
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence
others using power of persuasion
Ability to communicate to Executive Level stakeholders with clarity and confiden

Provide leadership and hands on project management expertise to ensure the succe
ssful delivery of a portfolio of loyalty software products to our partners (typi
cally 15-20 concurrent projects) in a SaaS based environment

Manage maintenance activities including product change requests as required
Experience working in complex, multi-project environment with a number of client
s is critical in order to be successful in this role
Possess client management skills with a passion for building effective customer
relationships and exceeding partner expectations
