Reporting to the Group Leader, Product Delivery , the Scrum Master will help del

Planning
Drive weekly backlog grooming sessions with the team, ensuring work items are es

Coordinate release planning with other Scrum teams throughout the organization.
Lead Sprint Planning sessions ensuring the commitments made are appropriate and
uphold scrum principles.

What you ll need to be successful:
Agile Coaching Experience; proven mentor and coaching experience
Successfully led and implemented an Agile/Scrum transformation across an enterpr
ise (i.e. 20+ teams)

e - and help them consistently apply them to reach excellence
Ability to guide Continuous Integration, Continuous Build/Deploy, and Continuous
Testing development methodologies
Familiarity with service-oriented environments, highly interdependent/matrix app
