SITUATION
- Givens has been successful at running her own company out
of business school
- She turned around Westlake, got Board backing for the
transformation to Sugar Bowl, raised $600,000 and has
managed to meet the loan terms thus far
- She is considering two innovations a band called Zulu or
league play - to increase sales on Wednesday nights
- However, she needs to analyze Sugar Bowls performance for
an upcoming Board meeting
- She is unsure Sugar Bowl will continue to meet projections
- She has additional offers to sell the business to a local
investor
- She also has the option of joining a New York based
management consultancy and having regular work hours
