I.INTRODUCTION
I made this career plan for myself because this will help
me so much about my future and I want to share to others
what is my personal plan for myself that someday will
come true and this will be a guide to the others own
success.

II.WHAT I AM NOW?
Im a irregular 3rd year student of Bachelor of Science in
Mechanical Engineering in New Era University. I am late
in some of my major subjects because I failed some
subjects in the past semesters. So i decided to take it
seriously and give more focus in studying than playing
games.

III.WHERE I WANTED TO BE?

My goal is to obtain a degree in mechanical engineering.
A degree in mechanical engineering will provide the
opportunity for me to take many courses which will

prepare me for the engineering challenges of the work

force. Being a part of the Mechanical Engineering
program at New Era University is an exceptional
opportunity for me to contribute to the on going research
in mechanical engineering, while providing me with a
quality education. I believe that my future career
opportunities in mechanical engineering are endless and I
look forward to increased knowledge through courses and
graduate at New Era University.
Upon graduation from New Era University, I plan to
acquire a Mechanical engineering position in industry. I
hope to work in an environment in which I can my help a
company achieve it's goals, as well as an environment that
will provide me with personnel growth and development.
With my educational background, engineering research
experience, cooperative work experience, and desire to
learn, I am capable of handling the challenges.

IV.WHY I WANTED THOSE GOALS?

I decided to take this goals for me to make my life easier

when I finished my course. Its will be easy for me to find
a job or to build a company myself.

V.HOW WILL I ATTAIN MY DREAMS,

GOALS, AND OBJECTIVES IN LIFE ?
o Strength and Weaknesses
Strength
My strength is my Family and God. If they are
not with me, I cannot do this by myself only. I
will always love my Family and God because
God gave me the knowledge and skills for me to
achieve my goals, dreams and objective in my
life.

Weakness
My weakness is getting nervous in front of many
people. I dont have the confident in myself. I

dont have the skills to speech or discuss a

presentation in front of people.
o Opportunities and threats in the future
Opportunities
I know I have the opportunity to become a
President or an Owner of a one big company of
cars like BMW, Lamborghini, Porsche and many
more. I may have not got my talent in designing
or developing a car but I will not stop until I got
that particular skills
Threats
There is still could be a threats in future. The
threats that I wont succeed my goals and
dreams. Threats that I may not got the talent in
designing or developing my own car. Threats in
future can be motivation for yourself. Motivation
is like an inspiration so find an inspiration to
motivate yourself to have a better life in the
future.
Skills and Support needed
o Skills

I know in myself that I have the ability or the skills

to succeed in this life. I have faith in myself and I
have faith in God so that He can help me through
this everyday journey of my life. I have the skills to
conquer all those bad things that the life may throw
in me.

o Support
I have a support, of course its my Family and also
God. They mean a lot to me. Thats why I always
love my Family especially God, because he gave
me strength that I need in my everyday living.

VI. CAN I REALLY DO THE ABOVE ? AM I

COMMITTED TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS IN
LIFE?
I can do all the things that I have said/wrote because
God and my family is always be with me an all the
struggles that I may have encounter

VII. MY PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT

My mission is to train myself to be ready for my future
because you will not know what will be going to
happen in the future. My mission is to set goals and
dreams and achieve all of it. Another is to become a
successful businessman and to provide all of the needs
of my whole family.

VII.CONCLUSION WHO WILL I BE 15

YEARS FROM NOW
I will obtain a degree in Bachelor of Science in
Mechanical Engineering. I will build my own
company for me to become a employer and not to
be a employee and I will be a good businesman.
