Cooking With Oils

Lemon-Lime Guacamole
Yields: 8 Side Dish or Appetizer Servings
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 0 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 Ripe Avocados (Seeded and Mashed)
- 1 Small Roma Tomato (Diced)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
- 1 cup Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Leaves (Finely Chopped)

- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream (Optional)

- 2 drops Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
- 2 drops Lime Vitality Essential Oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Add avocado to small mixing bowl and smash with a fork.
- Add diced tomato, crushed garlic, red onion, chopped cilantro, sour cream, vitality essential oils, and salt
to taste. Mix well.
- Add more lemon and/or lime vitality essential oil, 1 drop at a time, to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Enjoy!

Detoxify Your Home

Refreshing Carpet Powder
Ingredients:
- Mason Jar
- 1 cups Baking Soda
- 20 drops Essential Oils
Suggested Essential Oils: Lavender, Purification or Thieves.

Instructions:
- Fill jar with cup baking soda.
- Add 5 drops of essential oils.
- Fill jar with another cup baking soda.
- Add 10 more drops of essential oils.
- Add remaining baking soda to jar.
- Add 5 more drops of essential oils.

Instructions:
- Pour almost 2 ounces of castor oil into the dropper bottle.
- Add essential oils.
- Put on dropper lid. Shake well.
- Massage into scalp every morning.
- Wait 20 minutes. Wash hair.

- To apply more frequently without an oil feel, use 2 ounces of
distilled water and 1 teaspoon of witch hazel instead of castor oil.
