Aqua Spa Palace is a full-service hydro massage spa dedicated to


consistently providing customer satisfaction by rendering relaxation,
excellent service and an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price
relationship. We will also maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work
environment, which respects diversity, ideas, and hard work.

2.0 Services
Aqua Spa Palace will be providing services to better meet our customers
needs.It is considered as an upscale, full-service hydro massage spa. We
offer a wide range of services that include: Aroma Mineral soak, Waterfall
Massage, Contrast Hot and Cold plunge, and Herbal pool (Mint Pool,
Jasmine pool, Lavander Pool).

2.1 Pricing
The scented oil that is used in pool will range in cost from P750 P850 per
bottle. Our Aroma Mineral Soak services will cost an average of P650 per
session ,for Waterfall Massage will cost an average of P550 per session,
for Contrast Hot and Cold Plunge will cost an average of P600 per session,
and Herbal pool will cost depends on the herbal oil used, for mint pool its
P350, for lavender P250 and for Jasmine Pool its P360 per session. These
prices are lower than our competitors pricing.
2.2 Market
The spa industry is economically stable. However, Industry trends show
that as time becomes more limited, people want faster, easier and more
economical services all in one location. Customers are more educated and
more demanding of quality service. Our market area includes the city of
Davao and surrounding cities. This will include a target population of 200600 people who fit our customer profile.
2.3 Competitive Summary
Aqua Spa Palace wants to set itself apart from other spa that offer the
traditional massage. Aqua Spa Palace wanted to offer different experience
in massage. Hydro Massage can give the customer the relaxation it wants
at the same time the massage also helps in reducing physical tension and
mental stress. Immersing the body in warm water may reduce the secretion
of cortisol and other hormones associated with stress. Hydro massage can
also improve sleep by relieving pressure on the body's joints and muscles,
which reduces nighttime discomfort. Hydro massage sessions may help
reduce chronic pain caused by arthritis, fibromyalgia and other
conditions. Water immersion also reduces the body's weight by up to 90
percent, taking weight off the limbs and joints. Hydro massage can
increase the heart rate without a corresponding increase in blood
pressure. Feel good Spa wants to offer relaxation in a reasonable price
so that the other customer who cannot afford luxury Hydro Massage will get
to experience the relaxation they need. Also Hot water, combined with the
power of air massage and enhanced by the use of specific essential oils, is
an elixir for the skin. After a session your skin will feel smooth, polished and
toned. Our business atmosphere will be a relaxing, one where clients can
kick back, be pampered and can look good.

3.0 Advertising
Our advertising strategy is a simple one: satisfied clients are our best
marketing tool. When a client leaves our business with a relaxation she/he
wanted and good skin. He or she is broadcasting our name and quality to
the public. Most of our clients will be referrals form existing clients.
No major advertising campaigns are planned. Our research has shown
that word of mouth is the best advertising for this type of business. We will,
however, run specials throughout the week. We will also offer discounts to
the new clients who have been referred.

3.2 Supplier Summary
All of the Herbal Oil Scent will be purchased from Nature Garden Scent
which is an online store. All items will be paid on a C.O.D. basis.
Equipment will be constructed by the Lamudi Philippines Contruction. The
spa will be located in D' Leonor Inland Resort, Forestal Rd, Buhangin,
Davao City. The space will be rented from the owner of the D Leonor
Inland Resort. The location is strategically situated as one of the visited
resort in Davao City. It is a high profile area, with easy access from all
parts of the city.
3.3 Employment Overview
In the first year, Aqua Spa Palace will require a cashier who will receive
payment for services offered. The spa will also include a financial manager
to oversee all of the expenses, bills, payroll, etc.
There will also be three massage equipment operator including waterfall
massage operator, herbal pool maintenance and pool maintenance until the
business can build a reputation that will attract others to work there.

4.0 Management Summary


Aqua Spa Palace will be organized and managed in a creative and
innovative fashion to generate high levels of customer satisfaction. This
will also create a working climate conducive to a high degree of personal
development and economic satisfaction for employees.
4.1 Action Plan
Aqua Spa Palace will be opening once the finances are received. To begin
with Aqua Spa Palace will concentrate on the marketing aspect to target
new clientele.
We expect to service approximately 30 customers a week. An average of 5
customers per day for aroma mineral soak, waterfall massage and herbal
pool.
We are expecting an average of P7500 in sales. Within the first six months
we expect all of these figures to increase by 15%. Each following year we
expect a sales increase of 15%.
As the client base increases Aqua Spa Palce would expand to employ a
total of 12 positions, including the owners, which would include: one
cashier, one financial manager, five pool maintenance and operator, and
one herbal scent oil expert.
