1. All knowledge is important only if there is someone to demonstrate it to.

2. One can acquire knowledge about what can be known. One can also seek to
know the knower.
3. No matter how much knowledge you gather, you will not know the absolute.
4. Our eyes are heavily loaded by memory. Memory influences our vision.
5. Memory is information accumulated in the past.
6. Memory is something that does not exist in the present. But it acts out as
though it does.
7. Everything in life is run on memory. Memory is not limited to the mind. Even
the body, right down to the minuscule atoms that constitutes the cell, is a
bundle of memory.
8. An eye loaded with memory will not see things as they are, but as they
appear through the prism of memory.
9. This memory is there in the 5 sheaths of the human system Annamya,
Pranamaya, Vignanamaya, Manomaya and Anandamaya Koshas. This is ones
karma or samskara. So one is held within a cocoon of the past.
10.The seed carries memory within it, whether it be the seed of a plant or the
seed of a human being. This goes on right down to the level of elements.

13.One part of our brain is still reptilian. This is a carry-over from our reptilian
past. There are practices in yoga to fully transcend this aspect, and to fully
tap our cerebral cortex.
14.The brain treats anything it is unable to explain in terms of the knowledge it
has in its store as a miracle.
15.When we talk of God, were not talking about an external entity. We are
talking about the source of our own creation. Though your being and my
being may be different, the source of our being cannot be different.
16.The only thing that can be everywhere is nothingness. Everything comes from
this nothing. And it goes back to this nothingness. Something sprouts and
dies from this nothingness. That which is is creation. That which is not is
Shiva. Shiva is nothingness. So everything comes from Shiva, and it goes
back to Shiva.
17.Nothingness is darkness. Light is emitted by some burning. The burning
object will burn itself out. Hence light is transient. Only darkness has
permanence.
18.The brain is incapable of thinking anything new. It can think only on the basis
of information it has already gathered.
