Officer Kuhr,
How is the investigation going? Are you focusing on Officer Ponce De Leon from OPD now on desk duty in
SF for offering cocaine to and having sex with the underage daughter of an OPD dispatcher?

Please include in my California Public Records Act Request any documents relating to my HP laptop stolen
from the trunk of my Ford in San Francisco.

Officer Kuhr,

How is the investigation going?

Do you know if the "federal agent" who offered to pimp the 13-year-old daughter of an OPD dispatcher is the
criminal who stole my phone and tablet or shot the bullet through my office window?

Mr. Thompson,

I am concerned that Cabrillo and your office have violated my rights and already improperly
obtained many of the subpoenaed documents (or the information therein) in question and your
motion is an attempt to cover your tracks.
14

Due to the rampant dishonesty of the administrations of the charged schools (MPUSD, Hartnell,
Cabrillo, Menlo, USF, WVC, DVC, CCSF, and NVC) and their lawyers, I continue to assert the
need to cross examine any custodian producing records for this trial and continue to object to
anyone testifying by phone, especially from outside of California.

Before I file a more complete Opposition, please indicate whether you would stipulate to any of
the following:

1. President Jones, HR Director McCawley, VP Welch, and Dean Weckler disclose, under
penalty of perjury, all documents from the subpoenaed schools in question that are or were
already in their possession.

2. Vincent Hurley, on behalf of himself and any person who has ever worked for his firm,
discloses,
under penalty of perjury, all documents from the subpoenaed schools in question that are or
were already in his possession.

3. After reviewing the subpoenaed documents at trial, Charging Party retains the right to call any
witness who had any role in the production, maintenance, or alteration of any subpoenaed
documents.
