PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

INNOVATIONS LLC, Costa Mesa, CA

May-2015 - Present

(Engineering Consulting Firm Semiconductor and Power products)

Senior Field Services Consultant
Recently provided field support for Akron Fully Automated robotic wet systems located in Taiwan. They had a high failure rate
on Megasonics Transducers that were installed in their chemical tanks. I was hired to provide field services to find the root
cause of these failures. I found that the current N2 flow used to cool the transducers was inadequate to provide proper cooling
along with the flow of DI water. I measured these flows and continued working with the manufacture (Marteq) to find a
solution. I provided test data and assisted the factory testing. The factory increased the diameter of the N2 cooling line and
flow rate for all larger 13 transducer product line for all units. Supplied the field with a Tech Note describing the problem and
what should be done at other locations around the world. Trained the local service engineers to calibrate and increase N2
cooling solving any future failures of these Magasonic transducers in their Akron benches. Provided Customer reassurance.
