Facilities

The Sales Rain office in Eastwood City has 1500 sqm. floor area and consists of 450 work
stations with eleven Individual rooms for executives and managers.

Sales Rain office in Makati consists of 90 work stations which includes the seats of team
leaders and supervisors.

Our offices are clean, fully air-conditioned, well-ventilated, and well-lit, giving everyone a
positive outlook every time they come to work.

We have spacious workstations; each with a 17" monitor, Pentium Dual Core PC, a phone, a
high-quality headset and an ergonomic chair.

Our employees have their own lockers to put their personal belongings. We have a pantry
where anyone can take a "breather" or just grab a cup of coffee.

We have a conference room where we hold our conference calls, meetings, and small group
discussions. It's conducive both for learning and developing great business ideas.

Technology

Because we know and understand the importance of security and productivity, we use highlycompetitive types of software for data system, network domain system and HR management
system.

We receive high-quality calls transported to our sites through the use of fiber-optic network,
time-division multiplexing (TDM) lines and voice over internet protocol (VOIP) technology.

Our network technology is powered by Cisco that helps us utilize the technology and meet
our client's business outsourcing needs and demands. With the help of our skilled,
experienced, and dedicated IT specialists and programmers, we are able to deliver the results
that we promised.

In the Philippines, Sales Rain, Inc. is strategically located in Makati and Eastwood Q.C. which
houses big businesses from all important sectors from finance and BPO including industries
in telecommunications, banking, healthcare, IT and manufacturing.

Cisco IP Phone 7960
This is the IP Phone I use to configure
during my internship.
The Cisco Unified IP Phone 7960G is
designed to meet the communication
needs of professional workers in
enclosed
office
environments-employees who experience a high
amount of phone traffic in the course of
a business day. This IP phone supports
access to multiple telephone lines (or a
combination of lines and direct access to
telephony features) and includes high-quality, hands-free speakerphone capability and built-in
headset connectivity. A large pixel-based display provides supplemental information, access to
applications, and makes it easy to use telephone features.

Rack Server
A rack server, also called a rack-mounted server, is
a computer dedicated to use as a server and
designed to be installed in a framework called
a rack. The rack contains multiple mounting slots
called bays, each designed to hold a hardware unit
secured in place with screws.
A single rack can contain multiple servers stacked
one above the other, consolidating network
resources and minimizing the required floor space.
The rack server configuration also simplifies
cabling among network components. In an
equipment rack filled with servers, a special
cooling system is necessary to prevent excessive
heat buildup that would otherwise occur when
many power-dissipating components are confined
in a small space.

Stackable Switch
This is a stackable switch it is a network switch that is
fully functional operating standalone but which can
also be set up to operate together with one or more
other network switches, with this group of switches
showing the characteristics of a single switch but
having the port capacity of the sum of the combined
switches.
The term stack refers to the group of switches that
have been set up in this way.
The common characteristic of a stack acting as a
single switch is that there is a single IP address for
remote administration of the stack as a whole, not an
IP address for the administration of each unit in the
stack.

This is APCs Back-Ups Pro that guaranteed power
protection for high performance computer systems,

electronics in the office. These UPSs supply
