This publication is protected under copyright law, and your use and reproduction of this publication and the data
contained herein is also governed by the following terms of use and any additional terms and conditions set forth in
your Subscription Form & Contract. Except as specifically permitted in this policy, this publication, and the data
contained herein may not be reproduced or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronic or mechanical,
including photocopy, recording, or any information storage and retrieval system either directly or indirectly or in whole
or in part (Reproduce or Reproduced) without the express written consent of AFPM.
Regular Subscribers:
Regular subscribers receive the AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports under the following conditions:

AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports may not be Reproduced outside the subscribing organization without the
express written consent of AFPM.
The data and any analysis of the data contained in the AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports is intended solely for
the internal use of our Subscribers and their employees and may not be Reproduced or referenced outside the
Subscribers organization without the express written consent of AFPM.
Sharing the AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports and the data contained in the reports with affiliated companies
is allowed only in cases where the subscriber owns at least a 50 percent ownership interest in the affiliate with
which the AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports or data will be shared, and where subscriber guarantees and
ensures the affiliate is bound by this Policy as well.
In all cases where written consent has been provided by AFPM and the AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports or
data contained in the AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports is referenced, AFPM must be cited as the source of the

Publishing Subscribers:
Publishing subscribers receive the AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports under the following conditions:

Any party who wishes to Reproduce or reference, either directly or indirectly, the AFPM Petrochemical Statistics
Reports or data therein or their own analysis of the data as part of another publication may do so only by becoming
and remaining an AFPM Statistics Publishing Subscriber in good standing.
Only the subscribing entity that is recognized by AFPM as an AFPM Statistics Publishing Subscriber in good standing
has the rights granted under this section. Affiliated entities are not entitled to these same rights provided by this
subscription.
In all cases where AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports or data from the AFPM Petrochemical Statistics Reports is
Reproduced or referenced, AFPM must be cited as the source of the data or information. The following language
must appear on each page of the document where the data is referenced: Reproduced with permission from the

Failure to Comply with This Policy

of this copyright policy will be subject to penalties, including but not limited to the following: suspension of
Reproduction privileges, cancellation of the subscription service, additional legal action and referral to the AFPM
President for action concerning AFPM membership privileges.
