Training providers are required to review their proposals to ensure that all
requirements stated in the RFP documents have been fulfilled in order to
increase the chances for approval.
Kindly submit below mentioned details to PSMB for courses that have been
put on KIV:

There will be another round of submission (RFP) for the training providers.
Example: If during the first submission, the training provider submitted five
(5) proposed courses and due to the evaluation process three out of five
courses being rejected. In this case, the training provider may submit 3 new
courses OR the same courses with strengthened information / evidence.
Training providers may use the same RFP receipt for the second round of
submission.
On the other hand, new training providers need to purchase the RFP
documents from PSMB in order to participate in the second round of the
submission.

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is administered by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), an
Agency under the Ministry of Human Resources, via the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act, 2001.
Its vision is to be the driving force in training and development of the workforce while its mission is to enhance workforce
knowledge, skills and capabilities through effective management of its fund. The objective of the HRDF is to encourage
