ABTSRACT
India is one of the largest agriculture economy in world, but Indian farmers are poorest in world, due to diverse
climatic conditions in major regions of India. With best soil conditions, India as a country has great potential to become
one of the leading producers of agriculture products. The soil culture and raw material in the form of natural resource,
India has failed to ensure food security to its own citizens. The major reasons of failure are various factors like: lack of

and poor economic support. The presented research work is aimed towards improving the reasons of failure and is an
attempt to improve the soil fertility without using hazardous material.

INTRODUCTION
The influence of the liquid bio-fertilizer inoculation viz. Rhizobium, Azatobacter and phosphate
solubilizing bacteria. Alone and in combination with recomanded dose of liquid bio-fertilizer on coriander, peas
and fenugreek crop was tested at specific interval of time. The result revealed significant improvement in growth
characters and also maintain the soil salinity. The use of N-fertilizer not only spoils the ground water, soil but also
have deleterious effects by the emission of harmful gases. The chemical fertilizers should be replaced with the
natural and organic fertilizers which can play a key role of the conservation of the environment.
All the ingredients which were used in the present investigation for making liquid bio-fertilizer are easily
available. In the present study of broth was tested for the isolation of organism which were used as a liquid biofertilizer. All the isolated colonies were then inoculated on YEMA BROTH, JENSEN BROTH, and
PIKOVSKAYA S BROTH. The broth was tested after 6 days of incubation. The presence of Rhizobium spp. ,
Azatobacter spp., and bacillus spp. In broth indicate the liquid bio-fertilizer activity of the broth.
The second step in present work was to check its effectivity for cultivating the three plants in pots. The
three plants which were cultivated are coriander, peas and fenugreek.
Aims and Objectives
The present study aims to throw light and utilization of organic residues and liquid biofertilizer in aerable
soil under salinity conditions (soil and irrigation water) through the following topics.

Studying the ability of the isolated organism to grow under saline conditions and determination of celluloltic
enzyme activity at the same condition.

Availability of N and P from pant residues, due to microbial inoculation incubated with saline soil at interval time
and microbial activity.

The process of production is time saving and cheap.

In single method of liquiq biofertilizer are producing using microorganism.

In the present investigation the main objective is isolation of microorganisms showing liquid biofertilizer activity.

Originality of soil is retained.

Preparation of Liquid Bio-Fertilizer

Prepare the 50ml broth of all three microorganism RHIZOBIUM, AZATOBACTER, BACILLUS
As a liquid bio-fertilizer and inoculated the isolated colonies on respective broth and incubated at 37 C for 67days. Similar procedure is followed for preparing 150ml broth, and mix the two broth and making the volume 200ml.
This mixture is ready to use for liquid bio-fertilizer. Then next step the broth is prepared for individual microorganism
inoculated the respective microorganism and incubated at 37 C for 6-7 days after that mix the all the three broth and shake
vigorously, this mixture is again incubated for 2 days. Now this broth is ready to use for liquid bio-fertilizer. After the
preparation of liquid bio-fertilizer seeds are cultivated in pots and the pour the liquid bio-fertilizer and show the growth
effectivity of plants

This photograph shows the effectivity of liquid bio-fertilizer. It includes three different types of liquid biofertilizer which used three different types of organism which are isolated, after 3 days of interval of time it include five sets
in which first pot cultivated coriander, in second pot cultivated peas, third pot cultivated fenugreed, in fourth fifth pots also
cultivated fenugreed. In fourth pot chemical fertilizer is used and fifth one is fo control. Best growth is seen in liquid biofertilizer using microorganism.

CONCLUSIONS
The study evidence that lower concentration were found to show promoting effect on growth and productivity of
plants. The fertilizing efficiency broth is due to the presence of micro and macro nutrients, at preferential levels. It can be
concluded that the broth prepared using three types of organism which were isolated can be used as environment friendly
liquid bio-fertilizers to replace hazardous chemical fertilizers. This will keep the fertile soil conditions intact and maintain
it for longer duration of time.
