Tvarita Consulting is a HR consulting firm based in Hyderabad and Chennai that works with clients in strategic
HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, Incubation Projects and Learning Services. My role is to develop business and
to deliver and manage HR Consulting and Training projects.

(b) Co-Founder and Managing Partner – the Imagence Partners


Period : September 2006 to November 2007
The Imagence Partners was a boutique OD, HR and Social Media consulting firm my wife and I started in
September 2006. Specialised in consulting for Performance Management, Business Blogging, Learning &
Development and Knowledge Management.
Some assignments delivered:
• Accredited learning partner with ICICI Bank, delivering training programs to first line managers and
individual contributors.
• Delivered a program on Performance Management for a IT Products company
• Social Media Strategy for an executive search firm
• Workshop on Employment Branding and Social media for Frito-Lay India (PepsiCo India Snacks)
• Workshop on transitioning new employees to professional life for a professional services firm

HR responsibilities for 400 people of Enterprise Applications Consulting group located in Hyderabad. Am accountable

• Semi-annual performance management activities
• Employee Relations
• Counseling and Coaching Managers to control attrition.
• Analyzing trends in attrition and working with business to implement action plans to arrest it

Achievements

Calculated the cost of replacement of attrition of employees in the Consulting businesses


Raised awareness of alternate career tracks and reward and recognition policies and coached managers to utilize them
to increase employee engagement.
Deployed an attrition tracking and forecasting mechanism for the SAP service line.

Organization: Dell International Services.


Designation: Learning & Development Advisor and then HR Generalist Advisor
Time: January 2005 till December 2005.

HR responsibilities for 200 people of Dell Global Financial Services group located in Hyderabad. Am accountable for the
following:
• Interfacing between the business and employees and other stakeholders in HR and payroll.
• Headcount and Attrition analysis
• Counseling and Coaching Managers to control attrition and increase scores in the bi-annual Employee
Satisfaction Survey
• Facilitating quarterly succession planning sessions with senior management of the business.

Achievements

• Conducted the first ever succession planning session for the business.
• Initiated a weekly attrition tracker for proactive retention management.
• Launched open HR hours for employees to come up with grievances and issues to resolve. \
• Redesigned the Further Education Policy after conducting an employee needs survey to make it more
encompassing and tuned towards employee needs.

Management, Leadership & Professional Development of 2700 employees in HP’s Business Process Delivery
Organization based out of Bangalore and Chennai. Reported first to the India Training Head and then to the TSG WD &

Achievements
• In conjunction with the technical training team developed the training road map for most of the roles in the
organization.
• Developed a worldwide basic Management skills program along with the worldwide leadership development
team and piloted the same.
