the KEY TO STOPPING THE OIL LEAK IN A MAXIMUM TIME OF 8 HOURS WHETHER
HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL.  Innovative Technologies plus Brenelle Enterprises as
well as LABEOC have been given numerous e-mails clearly indicating that it is
IMPOSSIBLE to believe that the damage to the BOP ANNULAR and failure of ROV to
shut down the BOP left no other KNOWN OR UNKNOWN methods to control the
spill in the Gulf.
 
Branko R. Babic, from Oxford England, INVENTOR IN 1991 OF THE COUNTER
PRESSURE PLUGS as well as FRICTION PLUG has graciously CONSENTED WITH
RESERVATION TO ALLOW THE USE OF HIS INVENTION to shut down the well from
the risers Horizontal or Vertical after perhaps 5 hours construction total in a large
WELDING SHOP.  As a former Professional Welder, Current State of Florida
Certified Plumbing Contractor with well over 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND
EXPERTISE I repeatedly told everyone to LOOK AT THE MANUAL FOR THE BOP as
there has to be a PLAN B, PLAN C, PLAN D to use for securing the BOP plus we
indicated clearly by review of ROV motion turning COUNTER CLOCKWISE that
perhaps the BOP FRONT PANEL indicated turning CLOCKWISE TO SECURE.
 
In any event, the EXPERTS OR REVIEWING STAFF have rulled out the use of a
SLEEVED COUNTER PRESSURE PLUG WITH FLOW THRU THICK WALL PIPE,
BEVELED WASHER PLUS WEIGHTED SECTIONS WELDED IN PLACE FOR 30,000
POUNDS LIKE A WEIGHT LIFTER BARBELL PLUS ROTARY WHEEL SHUTOFF VALVE
RATED FOR 15,000 POUNDS ADDING A FLANGE LIKE CONNECTS THE DEEPWATER
HORIZON RISER WHERE ANOTHER SECTION OF PIPE COULD BE USED TO TAKE
WELL CONTENTS AWAY FROM BOP WHILE WORK WAS BEING COMPLETED BUT
LEFT THE OPTION OF EITHER SEALING THE WELL OR ADDING RISERS WITH SHUT
OFF VALVES TOP SURFACE AND DOWN AT THE CONNECTION FOR FUTURE USE
ONCE ONE BALL VALVE IS SHUT DOWN.  ALL THROWN OUT OR DELETED
PERHAPS FOR REASONS UNKNOWN.
 
I even revealed verifiable evidence of assisting with IXTOC 1 in 1979 as a
Professional Plumber and Welder with Tampa General Hospital plus Hillsborough
County Hospital Authority where we GAVE PEMEX and people working for RED
ADAIR in Texas the information which was finally used and SHUT DOWN IXTOC 1
FLOW allowing sealing of the leak under the sea bed.

spill allowed to continue since 042010 and SADLY THE PEOPLE FROM BP AND

THE WORLD JUST A FEW DAYS AGO.   Odd that NO ONE, other than me and Ruth,
call Branko R. Babic who is available via internet, SKYPE (2 cents per minute to
England), Telephone or perhaps even FAX as BRANKO R. BABIC IS THE TRUE
EXPERT and making his invention in a welding shop would only take a few hours.  
NOW FOR A FLASH THAT MANY WILL NOT LIKE TO HEAR BUT DO VERIFY THE
TRUTH !
 
ALL WELLS which number perhaps 350 in the GULF OF MEXICO use RISERS ! 
Those Risers have hydraulic lines and mud lines plus a RISER !    Right so far ?
 
ALL RISERS have Hydraylic Lines without CHECK VALVES stopping loss of critical
hydraulic fluid if the riser shatters, is twisted off or pulled off since it is connected
by perhaps 90 foot sections.
 
ALL RISERS AND CONNECTIONS TO THE BOP have no external SHUT OFF VALVES
at BOP and at Connection with riser Flanges NOR at the connection just before it
joins the SURFACE vessel.
 
ALL RIGS do not have deepwater SUBMERSIBLE WELL PUMPS INSIDE PIPE DEEP
INTO THE WATER WITH SPECIAL WELL TYPE FILTERED SCREENS PERHAPS CUT
PVC WITH WRAPPING TO STOP CRITTERS, SEA LIFE AND FISH FROM BEING
SUCKED INTO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM DEEP WATER SUBMERSIBLE WELL PIPE
FORCED OR PUSHED UP TO THE RIG WHERE SPECIAL TANKS ALLOW STORING OF
SEA WATER AND EVEN CAPUTRE OF RAIN WATER TO FEED SUPER FAN
SPRINKLERS WHICH WOULD ACTIVATE WITH SPECIAL BATTERIES AND
GENERATORS TO BACK UP SYSTEM IN CASE THERE IS A FIRE THUS THE RIGS

NO SPECIAL REFLECTIVE TAPE SEWN INTO WRIST, NECK, SHOULDER WAISTE,
PANT LEGS, SIDES OF LEGS FOR INSTANT VISIBILITY IN AN AMERGENCY WITH
HELICOPTER LIGHTS OR EVEN SPOTLIGHT OR FLASHLIGHT, ESPECIALLY IF IN
THE WATER.
 
NO FANNIE PACKS WITH INFLATABLE LIFE VESTS LIKE PILOTS IN THE MILITARY
WEAR FOLDED UP ALONG WITH A LANYARD PROTECTED S.P.O.T.  GPS UNIT

I alerted the President and BP to verify with USCG that something ODD is seen
from the possibly LOOPED feed from the leak at the bottom of the sea.  INCREASES
AND BLOWING OUT SAND OR MATERIALS have been provided as some really smart
COMPUTER USERS have seen the strange FLOW AND BLACK ADDITIONS trying to
get attention from someone.
 
In CONCLUSION let me tell you the entire GULF from Texas to Florida will become
polluted as well as ruin Fishing, Beach Use and TOURISTS WILL STAY AWAY BY
THE MILLIONS when Florida needs them.
 
ALSO, BP CANNOT PAY SOME 5 TRILLION….TRILLION DOLLARS which will be lost
all across the GULF by this SPILL which again, with professional GUARANTEE,
COULD STOP THE LEAK IN 8 HOURS.
 
I have BEGGED someone to make up a similar WELL HEAD WITH FORCED SEWAGE,
WATER, AIR, GAS and set down the SLEEVED CPP WITH PIPE AND SHUTOFF PLUS
FLANGE OVER THE SUPPORTED ITEM AND SEE THAT THE BEVELED WASHER WILL
FORCE ITSELF TIGHT INTO THE RISER PUSHING OUTWARD TO WHERE THE RISER
WILL SEAL A SECOND TIME AGAINST THE SLEEVE.  ALL CONTENTS CAN THEN 
GO THROUGH THE PIPE THROUGH THE SHUTOFF AND PAST THE FLANGE WHICH
WILL HAVE A PIPE ATTACHED SHOWING HOW EASY A SHUTOFF CAN BE
INSTALLED SECONDARY AT THE FLANGE CONNECTION DOWNSTREAM THEN
SPECIAL GE FLOATING RISERS CAN TAKE SAME TO THE SURFACE BUT BELOW
THE SURFACE ONE OR MORE SECTIONS MUST ALSO HAVE SHUTOFF VALVES
THAT ROV CAN SHUT DOWN IN AN EMERGENCY.
 
HOPE MY PRESIDENT, USCG, NAVY SEABEES, PROFESSIONALS WHO DO NOT
HAVE A SOLUTION GUARANTEED TO WORK CONSIDER THE CPP WITH PIPE AND
EXTRA SECTIONS PLUS THOSE IN GE SHOULD REALIZE THE HYDRAULIC FLUIDS
SHOULD HAVE CHECK VALVES LIKE WE USED IN HOSPITALS FOR CRITICAL GAS
AND LIQUID LINES.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
 
Simple think of a tin cup in the bottom of a deep swimming pool.  You desire to make up something to go inside 
the TIN CUP and thus you stand on the top of the pool while a ROV or underwater SHALLOW diver tells you to 
move left, right, up and down lowering a TENNIS BALL WEIGHT over the tin can.  Inside the tennis ball weight 
there is a pipe and on top of the tennis ball up toward the surface there is a valve with wheel to shut it down 
and a flange to take and attach a pipe to the surface.
 
NOW realize the same PIPE lying down but NOT CUT OFF so you cannot insert anything except a small straw and 
suck water from the pipe and pool.    NOW think of cutting the pipe with underwater ROV and CHOP SAW 50 
inches across which will slice through the pipe like butter even thick wall 2 inch steel riser pipe.  Cut off a clean 
cut then HORIZONTALLY HOLD THE CPP with pipe and valve plus FLANGE and attach special HOLES WITH BOLTS 
into the riser pipe to be able to PULL with 30,000 pounds force perhaps the entire CPP with flow through pipe 
and valve plus flange INSIDE THE CUT RISER HORIZONTALLY since it is suspended with a CRANE from the surface 
of the SEA !
 
Once the HORIZONTAL movement of the Crane is used pushing same into or pulling same into the riser pipe 
sealing the opening…the oil, gas, water from inside the earth will travel through the pipe and be directed at least

8 feet away if not with a short tube some 100 feet away from the work area.  Now picture the ROV at 5,000 feet 
CUTTING 2 INCH HOLES IN THE RISER PIPE AT THREE OR FOUR LOCATIONS then with a 2 INCH THREAD SCREWED 
TAPPING FOR THREADED PIPE THEN IMAGINE A THICK SECTION OF WELDED STEEL IN AN L SHAPE WITH HOLE IN 
SECTION CENTERED ALLOWING IT TO BE AGAINST THE RISER OR RISER AND SLEEVE THEN THICK BOLT 
TIGHTENED DOWN THROUGH SLEEVE AND RISER PERHAPS NOT BLOCKING THE SMALLER 18 INCH OD PIPE 
WHICH GOES THROUGH THE BEVELED WASHER.  
 
ON THE UNIT WITHOUT A SLEEVE THE TOP OF THE L PIPE WOULD HAVE A HOLE ALLOWING A MATCHUP L 
SHAPED OBJECT WELDED TO THE FLANGE PERHAPS TO PULL WITH SUPER STRENGTH AGAINST THE RISER 
CONNECTION ALLOWING THE BEVELED FLANGE AND WEIGHT TO BE PULLED OR PUSHED AND PULLED INTO THE 
OPEN RISER PIPE CREATING A SUPER STRONG SEAL.  THAT IS WHY I PREFER THE SLEEVE APPROACH TO ALLOW 
THE FLANGED BEVEL UNIT TO EXPAND THE OPENING SOME 1 HALF INCH OR 1 INCH TO MAKE A TIGHT SEAL 
HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL.
 
IF HORIZONTAL CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO PREVENT CRUSHING OR FOLDING DAMAGE TO THE RISER PIPE AND IF 
VERTICAL CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO PREVENT WAVE OR TSUNAMI/EARTHQUAKE MOTIONS FROM DAMAGING 
THE INSERTED PLUG WITH VALVE AND FLANGE.
 
What this allows is continued use and salvage of millions of gallons of oil to the surface with gas separation and 
burning off gas way away from the rig PLUS allows for shut down long enough to perhaps shut down the BOP 
saving the well OR using the well by setting up some transfer method and keeping ships or barges directly OVER 
the site unless you are going to run an 18 inch welded pipe on the bottom of the floor to LA or FLORIDA where it 
will surface and be separated and burn off of gas if not saving the gas for fuel sources like NATURAL GAS but I 
think it has some environmental problems best left burning out at sea.
 
NO ONE HAS DONE ANYTHING EVEN WITH A BALOON EXPANSION OF AIR AROUND A PIPE TO SEAL OFF THE 
FLOW OF OIL, GAS, AIR OR WATER RUSHING OUT ONTO THE GULF FLOOR.  A soda straw inside a 2 liter coke 
someone had shook up gives you an example of what is NOT SEALED.   The Branko R. Babic CPP with wheel 
shutoff and flange plus beveled washer and weights plus perhaps even sleeve HAS NOT BEEN USED IN THE GULF 
SPILL NOR HAS ANYTHING LIKE THE STANDARD CPP INVENTION BEEN FORCED INTO THE 21 INCH RISER TO STOP 
ANYTHING !
 
We, including Ruth and Branko R. Babic plus Arlene Johnson in England, have been communicating with 
Government and BP Officials, Innovative Technology, Horizon Support and anyone around the PLANET who 
could get the word direct to the EXPERTS even USCG and U.S. NAVY as this will work on land as it does at sea 
even at 5,000 FEET because the CRANE CAN LOWER IT FURTHER IN FULL CONTROL OF THE HEAVY OBJECTS !  
ROV operators on ships on the top of the Gulf are EXPERTS and could possibly light a match against the steel if 
they had such a match capability with HYPERBARIC CHAMBER NITROGEN AND OXYGEN SEAL LIKE UNDERWATER 
WELDING WITH A ROV AND SPECIAL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS TO STEEL AND THE ROD IS THE FINAL LINK 
WHICH WILL WELD BUT THE TEMPERATURE AND FLOW OF MATERIAL CHANGING TEMPERATURE MIGHT BE A 
PROBLEM AT 5,000 FEET.
 
Keep in mind the CPP with pipe and valve plus flange and hopefully the SLEEVE OVER A BEVELED WASHER which 
will force the RISER PIPE TOP TO EXPAND TO LOCK INTO THE THICK WALL FLANGE OPEN PIPE TO BE GUIDED 
OVER THE RISER will work in a SWIMMING POOL to let you see how it is done.  Cost $ 4,000.00 perhaps plus 
special blocks of wood to keep the SLEEVE AND PIPE END ABOVE THE SHIPPING DECK UNTIL CONTROLLED BY 
CRANES TO TRANSFER TO A BARGE TO TRANSFER TO THE CRANE SHIP.  All tied down for the fast ocean cruise to 
the site at perhaps 2 hours travel high speed since the HELICOPTERS may not be able to set this object down on 
a barge at sea because of weight problems.   Once it is on the crane barge a simple hookup with special RIGGING 
would allow the entire unit to be taken down below where ROV can remove waterproof covers from SLEEVE

welded at top but open on bottom and also from the flange outlet until on the bottom ready to SWING OVER 
THE LEAKING OIL AND GAS PLUS WATER.  Remember the ROV only has to move the pipe suspended by the 
surface crane a few feet and guide the SLEEVE over the XRAYED CHOP SAW POINT ON THE RISER then signal to 
lower rapidly will SEAL the riser against the SLEEVE INTERIOR and allow flow of everything through the pipe up 
to even the surface once hook up is made to 18 inch flexible pipe…..then BP can really get cracking collecting 
and transferring the crude oil just like they were with Deepwater Horizon hookups with NEW safety valves in 
place should it be necessary to turn off the well for any reason.
 
I am not a FAN of forcing mixtures of wet cement with SALT WATER anticipating the BLOW THRU would seal the 
well.  THERE IS NOT A CEMENT IN THE PLANET WHICH CAN BE MIXED WITH SALT WATER AND SET UP ! If there 
was then HAITI would have been rebuilt in months with cement made with salt water as they do not even collect 
RAINWATER following guidelines to mix regular concrete nor make 6 mil thick square Plastic sections to mix 80 
pound bags of SAKRETE with two people rolling same on sand then pouring out the mix having added water. NO 
SHOVELS, NO MIXING BARRELS NOR BOXES WITH HOES AND HOLES IN SAME.  200 PEOPLE MIXING LOADS CAN 
PAVE HAITI IN A FEW MONTHS PERHAPS !.....JOKING OF COURSE !
 
I really get amazed when people tell me that THEY HAVE INSERTED ITEMS TO SEAL THE WELL FLOW….a straw to 
pull up a few inches of pipe like 6 inches in a 21 inch riser with everything else flowing past the STRAW INSERTED 
is nothing but a delay tactic when the PROBLEM IS THE CONSTANT SPILL which could have and can still have 
RESULTED in the CPP with pipe and shutoff plus flange and SLEEVE STOPPED THE WELL IN 8 HOURS FLAT !

You are talking about equipment. I am talking about water pressure and the fact that taking
equipment to fix a leak with so much pressure has already been tried and it has failed.

An offshore leak is not the same as an onshore leak. If you conflate the two, then you are not
experts in the field, I regret. Are you a driller? Are you an equipment salesman?

The problem is not who can do what when but how to get this done with the minimum of damage
to the environment and to the oil industry as well.

Kuwait was AIR open AIR. Gulf is Water OPEN WATER but the principal is the same LOWER A
HEAVY OBJECT OVER A RISER AND SEAL . Both use cranes and both items work just as well with
someone telling the crane operator to lower when over unit. Water is crane dropping down heavy
object over 5,000 feet. Land CRANE OPERATOR also lowers down a short distance perhaps 5 feet to
stop a spill.

Branko R. Babic developed the two CPP and CPP with pipe and shutoff for Kuwait but both would work
in the GULF. Keep in mind forcing the heavy CPP without pipe would not allow BP or anyone to use
the riser again. With pipe and shutoff the BP could possibly be closed as there would be no FULL
FLOW PUSH then once opened manually the SHUTOFF would allow opening, if desired, to send the
materials UP another protected riser to the surface ships as those 90 foot sections are super floating
items.

Second OPTION is the CPP without pipe and shutoff which I am not thinking will work unless it is an
emergency. KEEP IN MIND BOTH WORK VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL!

SADLY THE GULF OIL LEAK CAN BE STOPPED IN 8 HOURS USING THE BRANKO R. BABIC
COUNTER PRESSURE PLUG WITH STRAIGHT 18 INCH OD HEAVY STEEL PIPE AND WELDED
FLANGE PLUS SHUTOFF VALVE PUSHED DOWN WITH SPECIAL WELDED BEVELED WASHER
AND 30,000 POUNDS OF WEIGHT PLUS SLEEVE JUST CLEARING THE 21 INCH PIPE WHICH IS
4 FEET LONG WELDED TO THE BEVELED WASHER ON SAME ONTO/INTO THE 21 INCH RISER

I think in this case, from all I know, with my own connections to the oil industry, Robin may well have reason to
worry. There is a lot of pressure from this leak and to stop it, as some claim, in eight days, is quite a laugh.

All this dates from the Bush era when he permitted the oil companies to do what they want without any controls.
Everything that man touched brought damage, so when is the US taking this ex-President to prison?

At that depth drilling it is no wonder we have a MAJOR PROBLEM

How do we know if they did not fracture the earth at this depth and
opened a crack in the floor that has created more of horrible event yet
to come.

You cannot simply drill or go into unknown without risks. Anyone knows
that you cannot play the odds that you know what the outcome is. I
think they figured they would get away with something but it backfired
like all those in Washington they like to hide the dirty tricks and then
play dumb and blame.

I believe that they created a fracture in which we are yet to feel the
outcome. How will they stop a vein a oil if this where the oil is
coming from how can they tap something that is cracked and for how is
it. Just a thought.

What if they opened up something that could destroy the planet. would
it spread like the ring of fire.

No one knows, Blame, stop this and fix it, Colin P said you break it
