Leave the mixer attached and dispose of via the local Green Dot recovery system

Product Information
Always keep these instructions together with the product even when given to other persons.
Read the safety data sheet before use
Check expiration date: See imprint on foil pack manifold (month/year). Do not use expired product.
Foil pack temperature during usage: 5 C to 40 C / 41 F to 104 F. 15C to 20C for rebar
application at concrete temperature 30C.
Base material temperature at time of installation: between -5 C and 40 C / 23 F and 104 F.
Conditions for transport and storage: Keep in a cool, dry and dark place between 5 C and 25 C en
/ 41 F and 77 F.
For any application not covered by this document / beyond values specified, please contact Hilti.
Partly used foil packs must remain in the cassette and has to be used within 4 weeks. Leave the
mixer attached on the foil pack manifold and store within the cassette under the recommended
storage conditions. If reused, attach a new mixer and discard the initial quantity of anchor adhesive.
NOTICE
Improper handling may cause mortar splashes.

Always wear safety glasses, gloves and protective clothes during installation.
Never start dispensing without a mixer properly screwed on.
Attach a new mixer prior to dispensing a new foil pack (ensure snug fit).
Use only the type of mixer (HIT-M1) supplied with the adhesive. Do not modify the mixer in any
way.
Never use damaged foil packs and/or damaged or unclean foil pack holders (cassettes).
Poor load values / potential failure of fastening points due to inadequate borehole cleaning.
The boreholes must be free of debris, dust, water, ice, oil, grease and other contaminants prior
to adhesive injection.
For blowing out the borehole blow out with oil free air until return air stream is free of
noticeable dust.
For brushing the borehole only use specified wire brush. The brush must resist insertion into
the borehole if not the brush is too small and must be replaced.
Ensure that boreholes are filled from the back of the borehole without forming air voids.
If necessary use the accessories / extensions to reach the back of the borehole.
For overhead applications use the overhead accessories HIT-SZ and take special care when
inserting the fastening element. Excess adhesive may be forced out of the borehole. Make
sure that no mortar drips onto the installer.
Not adhering to these setting instructions can result in failure of fastening points!

Produktinformation

Bei Anwendungen, die nicht in vorliegender Gebrauchsanweisung beschrieben werden oder auerhalb
der Spezifikationen liegen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Hilti.
Nicht vollstndig aufgebrauchte Foliengebinde mssen in der Kassette verbleiben und innerhalb von vier
Wochen weiterverwendet werden. Den Mischer aufgeschraubt lassen und das Gebinde vorschriftsmig in der Kassette lagern. Bei Weiterverwendung einen neuen Mischer aufschrauben und den
Mrtelvorlauf verwerfen.
HINWEIS
Bei unsachgemer Handhabung ist Spritzen des Mrtels mglich.

Bei der Arbeit eine Schutzbrille, Schutzhandschuhe und Arbeitskleidung tragen!
Nie ohne aufgeschraubten Mischer mit dem Auspressen beginnen!
Vor dem Auspressen eines neuen Foliengebindes einen neuen Mischer aufschrauben. Auf festen Sitz achten.
Ausschlielich den mit dem Mrtel gelieferten Mischertyp (HIT-M1) verwenden. Den Mischer unter
keinen Umstnden verndern.
Niemals beschdigte Foliengebinde und / oder beschdigte oder verschmutzte Kassetten verwenden.
Schlechte Haltewerte / Versagen der Befestigung durch unzureichende Bohrlochreinigung.
Vor der Injektion mssen die Bohrlcher frei sein von Bohrklein, Staub, Wasser, Eis, l, Fett oder
anderen Verunreinigungen.
Ausblasen des Bohrlochs - mit lfreier Luft, bis die rckstrmende Luft staubfrei ist.
Ausbrsten des Bohrlochs nur mit passender Stahlbrste. Beim Ausbrsten des Bohrlochs soll an der Brste
ein Widerstand zu spren sein falls nicht, ist die Brste zu klein und muss ausgetauscht werden.
Sicherstellen, dass die Bohrlochverfllung vom Bohrlochgrund aus erfolgt, damit keine Luftblasen
gebildet werden.
Wenn notwendig dafr die Verlngerungen verwenden, um den Bohrlochgrund zu erreichen.
Bei berkopf-Anwendungen das Zubehr HIT-SZ verwenden und besonders beim Einfhren des
Befestigungselementes aufpassen. berschssiger Mrtel kann aus dem Bohrloch austreten. Sicherstellen, dass kein Mrtel auf den Anwender tropft.
Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen kann zum Versagen der Befestigung fhren!

Le prsent mode d'emploi doit toujours tre conserv avec le produit, mme s'il est confi une autre personne.

Contrler la date de premption (mois/anne) imprime sur le raccord de la cartouche. Ne plus utiliser le
produit lorsque la date de premption est dpasse.
Temprature des cartouches souples en cours d'utilisation: entre 5C et 40C / 41F et 104F. Entre 15 C et
20 C pour scellement dans temprature du bton 30 C.
Temprature du matriau support en cours d'utilisation: entre 5C et 40C / 23F et 104F.
Conditions de transport et de stockage: dans un endroit frais, sec et l'abri de la lumire une temprature de
+5C 25C / 41F 77F.
En cas d'applications qui ne sont pas dcrites dans le prsent mode d'emploi ou hors plage de valeurs
spcifies, s'adresser Hilti.

Les cartouches souples entames doivent rester dans le porte-cartouches et tre rutilises dans les quatre
semaines. Laisser la buse mlangeuse visse et stocker la cartouche souple dans le porte-cartouches
conformment la rglementation. Avant rutilisation, visser une nouvelle buse mlangeuse et jeter le mortier

Avant de commencer l'extrusion d'une nouvelle cartouche souple, visser une nouvelle buse mlangeuse.
Vrifier qu'elle est bien en place.
Utiliser exclusivement le type de buse fourni avec le mortier (HIT-M1). Ne modifier la buse mlangeuse en
aucun cas.
Ne jamais utiliser de cartouches souples endommages ni de porte-cartouches endommags ou trs encrasss.
Mauvaise fixation/dfaillance du chevillage cause d'un nettoyage insuffisant du trou.
Avant de procder l'injection, s'assurer que le trou de perage est exempt de dblais de perage, poussires, eau, glace, huile, graisse ou autres contaminants.
Soufflage du trou for avec de l'air exempt d'huile jusqu' ce que l'air sortant soit exempt de toute poussire.
Brossage du trou for uniquement avec un couvillon en acier adapt. Une rsistance doit se faire sentir
lors de l'insertion de l'couvillon dans le trou si ce n'est pas le cas, l'couvillon est trop petit et doit tre
remplac.
Veiller ce que le remplissage se fasse partir du fond du trou pour viter la formation de bulles d'air.
Si ncessaire, utiliser des prolongateurs pour atteindre le fond du trou.
En cas d'applications au plafond, utiliser l'accessoire HIT-SZ et faire particulirement attention lors de
l'introduction de l'lment de fixation. L'excdent de mortier peut ressortir du trou for. Veiller alors ce que
celui-ci ne goutte pas sur l'oprateur.
Le non-respect des instructions peut entraner une dfaillance du chevillage!

Conserve las presentes instrucciones de uso siempre junto con el producto y entrguelas tambin si el
producto pasa a manos de otra persona.
Consulte la hoja de datos de seguridad antes de utilizar el producto.
La fecha de caducidad se indica en la pieza de conexin (mes/ao). El producto no debe utilizarse despus de
la fecha de caducidad.
Temperatura del cartucho durante la utilizacin: de 5C a 40C / de 41F a 104F. De 15 C a 20 C para
aplicacin de corrugados en hormign con temperatura 30 C.
Temperatura del material base durante la instalacin: de 5C a 40C / de 23F a 104F.
Condiciones de transporte y almacenamiento: lugar fresco, seco y oscuro con una temperatura de +5C a
25C / de 41F a 77F.
Para aplicaciones que no se describen en las presentes instrucciones de uso o no se enmarcan en la especificacin, pngase en contacto con Hilti.
Los cartuchos que no estn completamente vacos debern permanecer en el portacartuchos y utilizarse antes
de cuatro semanas. Para ello debern guardarse en el portacartuchos con el mezclador enroscado en las
condiciones de almacenamiento recomendadas. Antes de utilizarlo de nuevo, enroscar un nuevo mezclador y
desechar la resina inicial.
AVISO
La resina puede salpicar si se utiliza incorrectamente.
Lleve gafas protectoras, guantes de proteccin y ropa de trabajo durante el trabajo.
No comience a inyectar si no se ha roscado el mezclador.
Enrosque un nuevo mezclador antes de trabajar con un cartucho nuevo. Asegrese de que el mezclador
est unido firmemente.
Utilice exclusivamente el modelo de mezclador (HIT-M1) suministrado con la resina. No modifique el
mezclador en ningn caso.
No utilice cartuchos en mal estado y/o portacartuchos daados o sucios.
Valores de sujecin deficientes/fallo de la fijacin debido a limpieza insuficiente del taladro.
Antes de inyectar la resina, los taladros deben estar libres de restos de perforacin, polvo, agua, hielo,
aceite, grasa o cualquier otro agente contaminante.
Soplado del taladro con aire sin aceite hasta que el aire que refluye est libre de polvo.
Limpieza del taladro: realcese slo con un cepillo metlico de tamao apropiado. Al cepillar el taladro,
se notar cierta resistencia en el cepillo. Si no es este el caso, el cepillo es demasiado pequeo y debe
cambiarse.
Verificar que el relleno del taladro se produce desde el fondo del taladro para que no se formen burbujas
de aire.
Si es necesario, utilice las prolongaciones para alcanzar el fondo del taladro.
En aplicaciones por encima de la cabeza, utilice el accesorio HIT-SZ y preste especial atencin al introducir el
elemento de fijacin. Puede salir resina sobrante del taladro. Asegrese de que la resina no gotee sobre el usuario.
El incumplimiento de estas instrucciones puede llevar a una fijacin incorrecta.

Antes da injeco, os furos tm de estar isentos de material de perfurao, p, gua, gelo, leo, gordura
ou outras impurezas.
Limpar o furo por soprocom ar isento de leo, at que o ar saia sem p.
Escovar o furo apenas com uma escova de ao adequada. Ao escovar o furo dever ser perceptvel
uma resistncia na escova se no for o caso, a escova demasiado pequena e dever ser substituda.
Assegure que o enchimento do furo efectuado a partir do fundo, para que no se formem bolhas de ar.
Se necessrio, utilize os prolongadores para alcanar o fundo do furo.
No caso de aplicaes em suspenso, utilize o acessrio HIT-SZ e preste especial ateno ao inserir o
elemento de fixao. Pode sair resina em excesso do furo. Certifique-se de que no pinga resina sobre
o utilizador.
