Service?

The Curtin Information Security


Advisory Service (Service) is here to
help you!
The Service will assist you to
understand the impacts of
information, IT and cyber security
risk on your existing and future
initiatives.
The Service will provide you with
pragmatic advice and other services
delivered by, or brokered through,
Curtins Information Security team
to identify and mitigate threats to
the security of your information.
The Service will provide you the
reach to ensure your information is
safeguarded through Curtins
Information Security Team and/or
through a panel of Information
Security Providers at discounted
higher education rates.

How can the


Service help
you?
The Service can help you by:
Providing advice on all information, IT
and cyber security matters including IT
security policy clarifications; security in
the cloud; and security requirements
for projects and contracts;

Providing awareness advice and


training on security threats and
risks which may affect your existing or
futures initiatives;

Performing information security threat


and risk assessments for your
current and proposed business
initiatives to identify security threats
and qualify risks to be managed;

Assessing third party IT providers


to ensure information security
practices are is risk-appropriate;

Brokering services to external security


specialists at discount market rates
using Curtins Information Security
Services Panel.
