A metal fiber burner (MFB) is surface combustion

type burner Fig.1 consists of flexible woven media and
SUS316 mixing unit.
MFB is the most flexible in terms of installation which
can be fitted to oven in any directions without
flashback phenomena. This woven media can design
conforming any product's shapes achieved precious
uniform heating and energy efficiency due to low
pressure drop perforate media permitted
homogeneous combustion for both radiant Fig.2 and
high-intensity blue flame mode Fig.3 and allow smooth
translation between both modes.
