1. Problem Statement
The problem statement of proposed study is internal marketing Practices of Janata Bank Ltd. a
study on Shantinagar Corporate Branch.
1. Introduction: In Bangladesh, there are public banks, private banks and foreign banks.
The Janata Bank Limited is one of the state owned leading commercial banks in
Bangladesh. It started its operations from 1991 and till now it is continuing its operations
as the most profitable banking corporations in Bangladesh. For the purpose of BBA
completion, I will study on the internal Marketing Practices of Janata Bank, Shantinagar
Corporate Branch.

02. Objectives of the study :


2.1 Main Objective:
The main objective of the proposed study is to fulfill the academic requirement of BBA degree
from the department of business administration, northern university Bangladesh.

2.2 Specific objectives:


Besides the main objective, there are some other objectives which are equally important.

3. Significance of the study:

By conducting the study, I will be able to know about the marketing practices done within the
organization and gain a lot of experience from it. At the same time, Janata Bank will be able to
know about there gaps and opportunities on internal marketing policy and practices and will be
able to take necessary steps if necessary.

4. Methodology of the Study:


In general, Methodology is the efficient explanation of the sequence of activities required
in the proposed internship report. To get internship report elements I will work in some
areas; like sampling planning, questionnaire development, data collection, and data
analysis method. The report will be prepared based on quantitative data

5. Data Collection Method and Sources:


5.1 Primary Sources:

Face to face survey with the bank officers and staffs.

Secondary sources:
Website, annual report, bank records and information etc.
Files and documents of the branch.
Internal unpublished data.

6. Sampling plan:
6.1. Sample size:
15 respondent will be selecting for the proposed study.

6.2 Sampling Technique:


Judgment sampling and convince sampling will be applied.

7. Data Analysis:

Collected data will be analyzed by using frequency and percentage method. Regression
analysis will be used to measure the significance level of different variables. SPSS
(version16) and Microsoft Excel will be used to analyze the data.

8. Scope of the study:


The proposed study will provide a lot of opportunities for potential researchers. By using this
study, the potential researchers will get an idea about their particular fields on employees
satisfaction, motivation, overall development, and other factors. By using this study, the
potential researchers can do same type of study in case of another branch or another bank.
Beside these, comparative study can be conducted based on the study.

9. Limitation of the study:


Small Sample size
Short time
Employee may not want to give time and provide actual data.
