Started in 1985 by Bob Brandt, Jr., Benchmark Construction continues to be a
trusted partner in the commercial, healthcare, senior living, higher education and
specialty sectors, with an extensive portfolio of projects throughout Pennsylvania,
Maryland, and Delaware.

that recognizes excellence in contractors and construction projects. Awards

presented at the Keystone Chapter and national levels are given for exceptional
design, craftsmanship, safety and owner satisfaction.
