Recruited to provide financial and operational leadership to corporation (then IESI), motivated to achieving
dominance in Waste Management sector. Initially oversaw 15 locations in Texas and Arkansas, executing both
waste hauling and landfill service. Added Louisiana and Missouri in 2000 and 2003 respectively, before
merger with BFI in Canada in 2005.
