Making the case Schedule
There are no small decisions for a prosecutor in a capital case.
Day 1 Day 2
Trials can be won or lost at any step, from the opening statement
to the penalty phase. A set of procedures unique to capital cases 9–10 a.m. 1–2 p.m. 9 –10:30 a.m.
