The Attendance System for Utilities Of Lyceum Alabang

I.

Introduction

Attendance is a daily time record of numbers of employee present on a particular day

at work, generally defined as a systematic accurate attendance it is a day-to-day
obligation of every employees as fullest potential, Utilities Attendance Management
System is very important to the employee to maintain their attendance from word. It
gives information about the attendance of the staff on basis presence in class. The
staff will be provided with the separate username and password.

II.

Objectives

Attendance Management System developed for maintaining the attendance of a staff.

They are the responsible to mark their own attendance. This system will also help the
staff to making daily attendance, generating report. Attendance report can be taken by
given details, date and time.

III.

Scope and Limitation

The study focuses on the attendance monitoring of the employee in the school
through the design and development of a system providing a means of information
on the staffs and attendance.

Borrowing System for Physical Education Department Sports

Materials of Lyceum Alabang

I.

Introduction
Borrowing System helps the student of lyceum to borrow easier and use it.
Just bring their id and follow the instruction of the borrowing system.

II.

Objectives
The objective of a study is develop a borrowing process in physical education
department that will store the list of sports material, list of borrowers, returned
and borrowed materials.

III.

Scope and Limitation

This project help to develop the borrowing system of p.e department, this
helps the students to study easier, play sports and use the sports material. This
is also helps the p.e teacher notice who borrowed and returned the materials.
