RE: Cancellation of Notice of Award (Appraisal Services)
Dear Sir/Madam:
This letter is to formally inform you that we are cancelling the Appraisal
Services you are rendering to the Boy Scouts of the Philippines
Property located in No. 28 Gov. Park Road, Baguio City. You have
committed to us to deliver a result for 15 working days from the date
of signing the conformity and receipt of all the requirements. We made
a follow-up last May 15, 2016 for the Appraisal Report you have
promise to us to deliver and it is 5 months since the first date but till
date, we have not received anything and you did not even inform us
about this delay.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We expect written
