INTRODUCTION

The name of the enterprenuer is suresh.m he was born in the state of Karnataka, from a very poor
family
Where he used to get one time food with lot of efforts where even his dad and mom used to work hard
for earning their livelihood they used to work in farms, so understanding the family situations and due
to so much of poor circumstances he decided to support his family for which he came to Mumbai with
no contacts
Then he approached the manager of a canteen where he got job for working with chefs in kitchen
Then later on he began to develop his interest in cooking and learnt all the skills which makes a man a
good chef some years passed then he got married and even his wife helped him in his workings they
both worked very hard and started their owns business of catres where he gathered some guys from his
village for helping him in his business the start of business was great because of his great skills n
abilities in cooking then got a proposal from canteen manager as for working partnership in his new
hotel business
After some years he stared his own business and the start was great again because of his skills

MOTIVATION

His passion towards being a successful businessman and his skills and abilities in the field of cooking
keeps him motivated and working more harder to setup a benchmark in the field of business and he also
wants to give his childrens a good future by giving them good education ,better environment and a
good life.

1) How do they do:-They have a fast food centre and they earn money from their .
2)how do they interact :- Interaction is done through taking orders of customers through live orders ,free
home delivery, orders on demand .

input.

APPROACH IN TACKLING PROBLEMS

He Solves problems through understanding the customers by listening them and then coming up with
the best possible ways to tackle the problem and even keeping the needs of customersin mind through
feedback.

I learnt that despite being conditions unfavourable one can really achieve in his life what he wishes to
achieve like in this interview the man was able to get one time food with such efforts even after being
such circumstances the man was able to achieve his goal of being a successful entrepreneur through his
