1. Copies of Sqn Standing Orders (SSOs) and Sqn Routine Orders (SROs) are to be
displayed in the Staff Admin Office, the SNCOs Office and the Parade Room Noticeboard.
2. The following information, if applicable, is now required for all PIPE applications submitted
to ACRHQ(C&E):
3. The information at Para 2d – 3f is especially vital if the event is to take place overnight.
Failure to include the relevant details will result in the application being rejected by ACRHQ.
4. The Sqn is in receipt of a provisional invitation to visit Eglin AFB, Florida, and surrounding
USAF and USN installations during August 2011. This activity is one of the Corps and Sqn 70th
Anniversary events planned for throughout 2011.
5. Planning for the activity is in the early stages and exact numbers and eligibility
requirements are yet to be finalised. However, this activity must be completely self-supporting as
HQAC will not provide any Public Money to support it. Therefore, all personnel are reminded of the
vital importance of all Sqn Fund Raising activities as detailed in Order 4 below.
6. The following activities have been planned in order to raise funds for the Sqn. IAW SSOs,
these events are classed as MANDATORY parades and ALL Sqn personnel should aim to attend:

d. 2 x car washes at Redditch Fire Station, dates TBC.
7. Those unable to attend should explain their reasons to the OC Sqn at the first opportunity.
8. Annex A and B details the latest update to the Sqns CT and VT Activities for 2010. All
personnel are reminded of the conditions before applying for CT and VT Activities as promulgated
in previous SROs.
9. Annex C and D details the Sqn Staffing Structure and Flight Lists at the date posted.
Changes to these lists will be promulgated by future SROs.
