To understand just how big a deal it is to have more than half of adults with
graduate degrees in any area, Boston is the only MSA that out-intellectualizes
us, with nine ZIP codes having more than 50 percent of adults with graduate
degrees among those 50 (it is in Ivy League country, after all). Atlanta, Dallas,
Houston, Los Angeles or Miami had no ZIP codes based on that criteria.
