world?
The importance to practice its that the first impression is very important for
interpersonal relationships, especially when it comes to business as a person interested
in purchase a product. The way someone dress up, talk, eat, good manners, etc. It
improves the chances of success. The daily situations will give you a general idea of the
way were to labor issues.
2. What is the most important thing you should have in mind when you
introduce someone?
The most important thing I should have in mind, is to know the position of this person at
the company and say something about this person. The proper management and his way
of relating.
3. What information should be provided when introducing someone?
The name, charge or position at the company, basic profile and some important
information about this person.
4. Why is it important to use performance-related compliments in a business
conversation?
Its important to use performance- related compliments instead of personal compliments,
because humans are very competitive and not only will provide a high self-esteem but
also their sense of competence tan they motivate not stop to be the best and give all of
themselves. People like to be complimented.
5. Accordint to Cynthia, where should the beverages be placed?
The cups are placed upstream of the knives in order from letf to right, wter glass, glass
of White wine, glass of red wine and glass of champagne. If youre not serving a specific
wine or champagne, dont put in order. They can be placed at a slight angle, where the
wter glass is facing outward.

Yes, it should.
7. Why is complaining and criticizing considering bad manners?

When people complain, they focus only on whats wrong. Its very important dont talk
too much, either. For a first good impression, it is important to be positive. People dont
want to hear about bad things.

Can I just say something here? Its a polite way to interrupt someone . Or: Sorry for
interrupting but.

The main thing when handing out your card is to keep in mind what an effective tool it
can be. Tell people your name and the name of your business and give your business
card, have contact eye with the person.
10. Why is it important to find things in common with the people you meet in a
social situation?
Its important because we will meet most of our friends through some kind of social
activity. That activity has to be connected to a mutual interest and its the easier way to
start an interesting conversation and keep the attention.
