Qualifications
i. Qualifications: Ph.D from an HEC recognized
University/Institution in relevant field.
ii. Experience 15 years teaching/research experience
in HEC recognized university OR a Post-Graduate
institution OR professional experience in the
relevant field in a National Or International
Organization.

10 years Post Ph.D. Teaching/Research experience
in HEC recognized University OR a Post-Graduate
Institution OR professional experience in the
relevant field in a National OR International
Organization.
iii. Publications: 15 Research Publications (with at
least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC
recognized Journals.
i. Qualifications: Ph.D in the relevant field from an

Application Forms can be obtained from the office of the Registrar on cash payment as
indicated below OR may be downloaded from University website
(www.uaar.edu.pk/downloads.php ) and it can be submitted along with the Bank Draft
as indicated below in favor of the Treasurer, PMAS-Arid Agriculture University
Rawalpindi.

The applications complete in all respects, including attested copies of the degrees/
certificates, CNIC, recent Passport size photographs and the certificate or experience, if
any (Four copies/sets for the Posts at Serial No. 1 to 6, Three copies/sets for the Posts at
Serial No. 7 to 19, One set for the posts at Serial No. 20 to 36, including application
form) should reach to the office of the Registrar of the University by 15.8.2016.
Applicants already working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies
are required to produce the NOC of their employers. Advanced copy of application
will not be entertained.
The candidate having relevant experience of an educational institute will be given
preference.
No. TA/DA would be admissible.
15% Quota for Women, 5% Quota for Employment of Minorities and 3% Quota for
disable, will be observed where applicable.
Age should not more than 35 years, for first recruitment in Government Sector.
The University reserves the rights:
i. Not to fill any post/withhold the appointment against any post without assigning
any reason.
ii. To short list the candidates on the basis of academic qualification/test as may be
prescribed by the University. Only short listed candidates will be called for
interview.
iii. Appoint any candidate on contract or regular basis.
iv. To increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per availability of budget.
