Time cards will be available in the nurse's office and are due on Thursday July 14 and July 28.
Pay dates are July 29 and August 14. Cards should be turned into the nurse at each site by
10:00 am on the due dates.

Transportation- Buses arrive before 7:45 (Elementary) and 8:45 (Secondary) and leave after
11:45 (Elementary) and 12:45 (Secondary) to allow for unloading and loading. Teachers and
EAs meet busses upon arrival and escort students to class which should begin as close to
7:45/8:45 as possible. Teachers and EAs should escort students to busses after the end of the
day. If a bus is late, teaching staff will stay with the students. If the bus goes beyond the
teachers hours or you need to leave please inform Anne, Ann or Marti.
Busing information will be on the attendance sheet.

Attendance-Daily attendance is required to be taken by all teachers daily by 9:00 AM..


Attendance sheets are electronic. If you need assistance filling out the form please contact the
school nurse at each site. The health office will be calling home to students who do not attend
the first few days.
Classroom Schedule- Please share the classroom schedule (Anne/Ann/Marti) in the
goodle folder that has been provided to you. Additionally, please post the schedule in the
room.
When you are out of the classroom please post a note on the door with your current location. If
you leave the building please be certain to leave a staff members cell number, which is with
your group, with the ESY office in case of emergency.
Community Based Instruction- Prior approval for CBI was due on June 15. Please talk to
Anne/Ann/Marti if you need additional time. Please leave a number with the ESY office when
you are off site. Permission must be gained from the parents to leave campus with the
students. This includes walking trips.
Purchasing- The district requisition form is available in the shared folder and on the intranet. To
make any purchases and receive reimbursement this form needs to be completed. All groceries
must be purchased at Almsteads Super Value with a purchase order.
Copies- Copies can be made in the following locations:

Neill-Office
CHSRTC- SPED office
Security Badges-A list of teacher and EA names have been submitted and will be coded to grant
entry by the first day of your program. If you have difficulty please let Anne/Ann/Marti know
ASAP.
Entrance/Exit- Please use the following entrances at the buildings:
ECSE-Door 6
Neill-Front Entrance
CHS-Front Entrance
RTC- Front Entrances
Gym/Computer/FACS/Art Room-Please sign-up today on the paper forms.
Nurse- A nurse will be working with each program during student hours.
Letter of Introduction- Please plan to write a letter of introduction to send home with
students on the first day of ESY.

Absences- We are fortunate this year to have a number of individuals who have agreed to sub if
needed. There is a list of these individuals on the google drive and licensed staff have been
given access to the list. Please call these individuals directly if you need a sub, there in NO
ASEOP during the summer. Feel free to share the list with educational assistants if it is needed.
As a reminder only students that are registered for extended school year are to be at school.
Do not bring your own children to work. If you would like to have a volunteer please talk to Anne
Grui. They will need to meet the criteria for Volunteers In Partnership, have approval from Anne
Grui and have a specific job to do.
