Capex Evaluation: Evaluation and monitoring of Capex and preparation of MIS reports for ongoing capex with
their current status, percentage of completion ,target date of completion, and reason for delay.
Fixed Expense Monitoring:-Scrutiny of fixed expense G/L and highlighting deviation from budget with reasons
thereof.
Annual CO Budget: - Preparation of SKF Based ratio for CCA Planning cycles, Activity output plan for CCA
Planning, Sender Receiver Plan data for CCA Planning, Expenses planning for CCA cycles.
Physical verification:-Quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly Physical Stock & WIP Verification in Plants.
Product wise Costing & Reconciliation of Input-Output Areas of POY/FDY/PTY Plants:- To review the Receipt,
Issues & consumption of all the elements of POY/FDY/PTY Plants and identify areas for conversion cost reduction
& submit reports to Site Operations for their review & implementation.
