BTW, sounds like my phone answering habits are not up to par per OBP standards. Can give me
some lessons and instructions? Maybe you all have a manual I could follow. For now I was thinking
of going with something like “Step 1. Always look at your phone to see who’s calling. Step 2. If it says
(b) (6) make sure you answer the phone as follows “Good morning (b) (6) , oh
exalted one, liaison and gateway to the most wonderful OBP. This is (b) (6) humble
servant in SBI. How may I assist you today?” d -: Would that better meet your requirements?? d-:
