Operation
Easy production setup and programming results in
quick production readiness. The informative touchscreen and the multi-color operator lamp always
shows the operator when the machine is ready for
next step in the production.
As the machine is a two-station semiautomatic rotary
machine, the operator first places a pre-cut plastic
sheet on mould no. 1
The operator activates a two-hand safety contact for
the table to rotate 180. An accurate servo drive, securing repeated precision table positioning, rotates the
table.
Inside the machine the blister is formed while on the
outside the operator places a pre-cut plastic sheet on
mould no. 2
The operator again rotates the table 180.
The second blister is then formed inside the machine
while on the outside the operator places the items to
be packed in the formed blister - which is still sitting in
mould no.1 - and also places the pre-cut lid material
on top.
As the operator again rotates the table, the second
formed blister rotates out. Items are placed in- and lids
on blister no. 2 while sealing of the first blister in mould
no.1 is carried out inside the machine. The sealing
operation can as an option be made using a second
programmable heating plane at a different temperature
and pressure. The optional Heating Plane 2 is also for
sealing of contours needing special shaped sealing
plates.
Built-in intelligent system for all production data to be saved in multiple programs
Manual / Auto mode
Auto page showing program number, temperatures, counter, current
and next operation
Full forming and sealing production data storage with memory for up
to 75 different programs

In the WS II standard version the operator releases
the turntable using a footpedal and rotates the turntable by hand. Optionally the operator activates a twohand safety contact for the table to rotate 180.
A pneumatical actuator, securing repeated precision
table positioning, in this case rotates the table.
Inside the machine the blister is formed while on the
outside the operator places a pre-cut plastic sheet on
mould no. 2
The operator again rotates the table 180.
The second blister is then formed inside the machine
while on the outside the operator places the items to

As the operator again rotates the table, the second

operation can as an option be made using a second
programmable heating plane at a different temperature
and pressure. The optional Heating Plane 2 is also for
sealing of contours needing special shaped sealing
plates.
The operator again rotates the table and a finished
sealed blister pack in mould no.1 rotates out. While
the machine is sealing the second blister the operator
removes the first finished blister and places a new precut sheet for forming and the cycle starts all over
again.

It is also possible to program the machine for production on one mould station only.
