HUMAN BEHAVIOR :

WHY IS POKEMON GO(NIANTIC LABS)

CAUSING SO MANY DIFFERENT EVENTS?
THESIS:
All the incidents and events that are occurring since the release of
the app Pokemon Go(Niantic Labs Inc.) is clearly determined by
the human player by the individual choosing to drive while playing,
going out to exercise and play, and the economic business that is
associated with the app.

WHAT MAKES THE APP SO POPULAR?

Many individuals have played the Pokemon(Nintendo) video games in the
past. Since the release of the mobile app to catch said Pokemon, it has given
off the feeling of nostalgia to old players, and a new experience to newer ones.
Since this app is based off of augmented reality, many shops such as coffee
shops or clothing stores want to attract these players. The app is not only
popular towards players, its also popular to try to attract customers as well.

A 15 year old girl was hit by a car in a highway whilst

playing Pokemon Go. Her mother then continued to
state things such as dont let your children play

the app. Alanis King describes that driving is becoming
more dangerous with civilians driving whilst playing the
app. Shes noted that individuals have stopped their
vehicle just to play with Pokemon Go.

Pokemon Go.

GOOD INCIDENTS
People are going out to exercise more ever since
the app came out. Another article writer states that
players have to walk, run, and jump in order to

ENCOURAGES EXERCISE
While opening the app for the first time, Niantic Labs
encourages players to go walk around to play. In order
to play the game, you have to walk around in real life.

CONCLUSION
Researching this will help understand why people should be
encouraged that Pokemon Go
Is a positive app that helps players get outside and form friendships. It
will also indicate that
all the bad incidents that have happened are the players responsibility.
By researching this particular topic will help others figure out why more and more
adults and guardians are having a problem will prevent lawsuits and suing to occur
towards Niantic Labs Inc.
