Evaluating and analyzing Pilot Coverage, CPICH RSCP, CPICH Ec/No, and Pilot Pollution.

Optimization for assigned clusters by recommending / applying changes in Neighbors, Neighbor parameters, power and
tilts until the cluster meet the KPIs.

Troubleshooting problems like missing neighbors, coverage holes, areas of no dominance, overshooting sites,
parameter inconsistency etc. through drive log analysis.

3G Data Testing Bench Marking. Analyze events of Blocked calls, Dropped calls, Hard/Soft/IRAT and Access Failures, cell
Reselection failures, location updates and paging by decoding Layer 2/3 Messages.
