Dear Mr. Leach,

As the time of construction and global industrializing is at an all time high, efficiency
and production are keys to keeping a successful company running. I am writing
feasibility study to inform you about a plan and product of ours that I believe will
solve your companies dilemma. With the details weve been given I believe this
report will show you our solution and how it will benefit both companies. In
response to your outreach I believe the information I have provided will be a great
influence on the direction of equipment supplier your company needs.

Built on the Lincoln Electric legacy, the Ranger GXT 250 is a workhorse at the top of
its class. This machine is ideal for outdoor construction and fabrication. This
machine offers a very low maintenance level with a well above average output at
better cost to your benefit. Lincoln Electric has always been a worldwide leader in
industry welding equipment and weve not spared a single bit of innovation with
this machine I am always on call and would love nothing more to give more
information. Included within is a plan of action and more details about why this
machine is right for you. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Sincerely,

Executive Summary:
On behalf of the Lincoln Electric Company, I am pleased to be writing this feasibility
study for you. It has come to our attention that Loenbro Construction is currently
very dissatisfied with your current welding equipment dealer and want to know if
partnering with Lincoln is possible and worth it. I have been in contact with a couple
of your equipment supervisors and am very interested in making a deal with your
company. The first step is to dissolve the contract with your current equipment
dealer. From there on, we want to establish a deal to replace all current machines
with ones from Lincoln. Lincoln Electric has been on top of the industry since its
beginnings in 1895. The machine I am pitching is at the top of its class. The Ranger
250 GXT is workhorse in every sense of the word. The Ranger has proven itself in
the field time and time again. By switching to Lincoln Electric not only will your
equipment and service be better but the price will be well under your budget as
well. With your stated budget being right at $300,000, Lincoln can save you
upwards of $75, 000. Speaking for Lincoln I am looking forward to presenting this
report to you and am looking forward to your contact.

*Determine if plan is feasible*
Establish Contract with Lincoln
Begin delivery of new machines
Come in under budget
Establish a relationship with Lincoln Electric

Current Situation:

After speaking with a representative of your company, I feel you have some
concerns with financial waste and underperforming equipment under your current
dealer. I am aware that your main concern is not getting your full paid-worth with
the equipment and the service that comes with it. We are informed that you are
looking for a new supplier and that your start up budget for the equipment is
$300,000. We believe we can give you the service, performance and price that you
need. You are currently utilizing forty welding machines for your everyday use. Our
plan is simple, we want to replace those machines with ours. I feel with my company
and service we can change your current system into a very efficient operation.

Ranger 250 GXT:

Top Features:
Totally Enclosed Case
Versatile AC/DC Welding
11,000 Watts Peak Single-Phase AC Generator Power
23 HP Kohler Gasoline Engine
Rugged Reliability

Processes:
Stick, TIG, MIG, Flux-Cored, Gouging

The Ranger 250 GXT is one of Lincolns top rated medium to heavy duty engine
driven welders. The Ranger features a totally in closed sheet metal case to protect
from the elements while giving a very streamline look. The ranger is capable of
welding both AC current and DC. When maxed to full power the ranger is capable of
producing 11,000 Watts of AC power. This feature allows a plethora of different
pieces of equipment to be ran of its multiple outlets. Whether it be grinders, saws, or
benders, this Ranger can power it with ease. Powered by a Kohler gas block, this
machine is ready to run for many years . This year for added flair and sleek looks,
two wraps have been added to the design choices. The options are now Lincoln red,
stainless steel and camouflage. We believe for your operation our machines would
be a perfect fit.

Methodology:

The objectives we want to get out of this deal are ones that I believe will benefit
your company greatly. The first plan of action is to establish a Lincoln contract with
your company, while terminating your existing one. Once a deal is established, we
will begin trading out equipment immediately and at an efficient pace. We do not
want your production to be affected during the move. Once all machines are
changed we then can begin the maintenance phase of the plan. Lincoln service
mechanics will always be on call and provide the upmost service on all machines.

Establish new contract with Lincoln Electric.
Dissolve existing contract.
Begin delivery of equipment.
Establish a maintenance plan.

Timeline:

To start this plan of action we will begin the process of making a deal between June
13th through the 24th. Once our deal is established we will begin preparations to ship
your newly purchased equipment. This is where our plan gets intricate. Do to the
fact that we do have to replace all of your machines; we have broken down the
shipping into a schedule to make sure your production is not faltered. Our plan is
the 11th through 22nd of April being the delivery schedule. We plan on delivering
twenty of those machines each week. We believe with a gradual replacement such as
this one, you will get your product but not ever be limited in company production.

Deliberate deal now until June 13-24th
Begin delivering equipment July 11-22nd
