Celebrating anniversaries

I wasnt able to pin point the key aspects that I learned from this
project until I finally stepped back and looked at it from a real life
situation. When youre in charge of throwing a 100 year celebration
one key aspect to success is communication. I would not be able to set
up the event and get things ready if I didnt keep in constant contact
with the media and president of the winery. I need to have clear and
informative communication to ensure that the right information is
getting the right people.
Another key aspect that I found helpful is time management.
Along with communication if you do not have deadlines you will be
unorganized which will lead to bad communication. If you have bad
communication you wont be able to finish your goal on time. You need
to remember to tell people that you need them to get back to you
before a certain date to keep things moving smoothly. Reaching out to
people a second time is a helpful tool that you should use when youre
not getting any responses.
In conclusion I believe that if you keep strong communication
between all departments that youll be working with your time
management will be working on time. I thoroughly enjoyed working on

this project because you get to lead and control a special day for a
wonderful winery.
